Je suis venu a Tel Aviv pour un mariage et j'ai séjourné 3 jours...hotel familial très sympa, un personnel a votre écoute, de belles chambres bien décorées...pas impersonnelle et froid comme dans des 5 etoiles...situé a 200m des plages en passant par un kiosque a jus de fruit ..que du bonheur. Le breakfast est excellent...avec plaisir de revenir chez AB23 boutique hotel.

Personnel incroyablement gentil. Aux petits soins. L'hôtel est très conviviale. On s'y sent chez soi. Micro bémol : la chambre vraiment petite mais l'ensemble cité plus haut fait oublier ce détail.

L'un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix sur TLV
Séjour Parfait: Personnel accueillant, literie d'un confort supérieur, emplacement parfait à 5 min de la plage Gordon. Chambre un peu petite mais largement compensé par une grande salle de bain et l'aménagement des lieux qui donne de l'espace. Les locaux sont magnifiques avec une terrasse privative réservés aux clients de l'hôtel. À recommander très largement !

Nice cosy hôtel near the beach and shopping area
Charming hotel with nice Cosy well decorated room. Everything is also done for handicapped people :.large bathroom and shower ..500 m from beaches and direct in the shopping street. Lobby staff always with a nice smile trying to ease your life. Wonderful brunch ( too big;-)) on a terrace allowing to look at street life ...

Notre suite junior était superbe, très bien décorée, et très confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre et proche de la mer. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. 2 remarques toutefois : - l'hôtel n'ayant pas de parking, il n'est pas normal que la personne de la réception n'ait pas pu nous indiquer clairement les tarifs des parkings les plus proches; - Il n'était pas possible d'appeler l'ascenseur depuis l'étage 2 où était notre chambre. Si vous allez dans cet hôtel garez votre voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel HILTON (100 shekels pour 24h à condition de ne pas sortir et rentrer, et non 40 shekels par heure comme nous l'indiquait le réceptionniste.

Dear Jean, Thank you for you review! The Junior Suites are decorated with much thought, we are glad that you saw that. As well, Thank you for noting that you liked our location and delicious breakfast. Thankfully, there is now an amazing parking lot just 2 minutes away from the hotel, and it is 80 NIS for 24 Hrs. and much closer than the Hilton Parking lot. Regarding the elevator, it is not as it was in 2017, and we would love to have you as a guest again and to show you all the advancements we have made.

Lovely little hotel in Tel Aviv. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic spread for breakfast which was served most of the morning so we appreciated being able to get up when we liked. Location was perfect - close to many nice restaurants and shops, easy bus routes and only 10 mins to the beach front. Room was clean and comfortable (some road noise but I think that’s normal for TLV). Would definitely recommend

We wish our stay was longer. The staff was great - very friendly and went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the hotel is located in a central area - close to the beach and in proximity to many restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay.

Poor customer service. I had arranged a taxi from the airport gave all my detauls and then nothing came. Told 3 staff members nothing happened. Also on first day they took a 700 sheckle deposit just in case i trashed the room asked another guest they said they didnt do that. Staff were a bit frosty towards me and gave dirty towels so had to keep asking for more. Also owner was trying to push for me to get an upgrade when i refused she didnt bother me again. Breakfast was supposed to be included was told that was extra so decided to eat out even though i booked this at the time.

Dear Julie, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed from our services, despite receiving an early check in upon your arrival (free of charge), and a complimentary breakfast on your first morning with us, even through you have booked the room without it. As for the deposit, it is a requirement we ask all of our guests. We take a credit card pre-authorization of a certain amount (depending on the length of the stay). Since you have asked us to, we have agreed to make an exception and accept cash deposit instead of the pre-authorization.Regarding the taxi, I'm sorry we couldn't find an available driver for your arrival, but please note we have not confirmed the car reservation in any point of the conversations. The hotel is perfectly situated next to Dizengoff Street and 5 minutes away from the beaches. My room was very clean and I slept absolutely well in the bed. The hotel staff was helpful, kind and funny! I had a great time interacting with them!

This boutique hotel is out of this world. We were greeted with espresso drinks upon arrival. The lobby and the back and front gardens are beautiful, and the rooms are newly remodeled with all possible amenities. The service was beyond our expectations and experience (we travel extensively). Bravo!

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel from June 9 to June 10, 2023. While there were some positive aspects of my experience, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay and left us feeling dissatisfied. Firstly, I would like to address the pricing and payment process. We booked our room through Hotel.com and were surprised to discover that the taxes were not included in the initial payment of $500. Typically, when booking through Hotel.com, all costs are paid upfront or clearly mentioned in advance, including any resort fees. However, it seems that this is not the case in Israel. It would have been helpful to have this information communicated clearly during the booking process. Additionally, parking was a major inconvenience for us. As we arrived with two cars, we were disappointed to learn that there was no parking available at the hotel. The closest parking option we could find charged approximately 120 NIC per car, and when we drove to our restaurant in the evening, we had to pay another 120 NIC for parking. In total, we ended up spending around 360 NIC on parking alone. It would have been beneficial if the hotel had provided information about parking availability and associated costs in advance. On the positive side, the hotel itself was nice and clean, which is something we highly value. However, the level of service fell short of our expectations compared to European or American standards.

Dear Anat, thank you for your feedback, we are really sorry we didnt met your expectationSince your reservation entered under USA nationality we could not immagine you have also an israeli citizenship. Unfortunately the low says to apply VAT to israeli citizenship.As specificate on our property details we do not have a private parking like the most Boutique hotel in Tel aviv, but the huge parking 50mt from here (arlozorov 17) cost up to 80 nis/24h, and its a very good solution for this area.We are happy you liked the Hotel and we hope to see you soon again.

A lovely a friendly hotel. On arrival my welcome was warm and relaxed, with a check in drink to add to friendly start. My room (on floor 2) was a good sized and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The shared spaces were a quiet terraced garden to the rear, a bar in the lobby in which breakfast was served and out door seating to the front on the hotel, perfect to watch the world go by. I will be using A23 on my next trip.

Very charming hotel with rooms complete of every comfort in a pleasant design. Funny surprise in the lift, great team. Beach at 10 minutes walk, restaurants and shopping boulevard around the corner. Interesting variety for breakfast and best Italian coffee. We'll definitely come back.

Fantastic!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the A23 Boutique Hotel! Great location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, eating breakfast and drinking coffee in the garden was a lovely way to start the day, plus the complimentary glass of wine to enjoy upon our return in the evening was fabulous, and the hotel staff are all so lovely and helpful.

The Hotel is pretty centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, beach, public transportation. The room was clean, recently renovated/updated. The bed was comfy, there was a pull out couch, which was set up as a bed and worked perfectly for 2 small kids. There was a mini bar and kitchenette. The room faced the back of the property, overlooking the cute courtyard. The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant, with spaces to hang out, have some morning coffee or an evening refreshment. The decor was very quaint and unique. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into putting it together! It is clean and well cared for. I cannot say enough with regards to how friendly, helpful and accommodating the hotel staff was. They truly made our stay exceptional!
