I got blamed for smoke smell in the room They kept my deposit. Im never going to that place again.Guest fighting and the police had to come.This is the worst place to stay.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Don't believe the pictures or the reviews. This place is a dump. Our non-smoking room smelled like weed and shifty folks where hanging out in parking lot smoking. Listen, I'm not a prude but had my 4 y.o. daughter and would never smoke inside. The restaurant pictured is full of mattresses. The floors were so filthy our socks were black in 5 minutes. Checking in, staff tried to stiff me with extra charge to put a hold on my credit card. YOU want to put a hold on MY money then charge me for it?! When I complained about the filth and smell staff were rude and implied I was being biased. Because I don't want my daughter sleeping in a filthy room that smells of pot where the TV has been tore out of the wall, the handles are falling off the door, and strangers are partying in the parking lot till late?!? I know were weren't paying for top of the line, but for over $110 a night you would expect a clean and safe room and staff that weren't negligent jerks.

The room was pretty dirty overall the sheets seemed fine but we found hair at the sheet covers, the bathtub was dirty as well we had to bathe on flip flop, really glad it was just for sleeping and the bed and air conditioning was decent at least, definitely do not recommend it specially if staying with children, no elevator and weird smell on the room as well. Just spend a bit more per night on a better quality hotel.

Multiple sheets had stains in them, and the ventilation system was dusty. Though the water was hot and the pressure was sufficiently high, the tub we utilized had a slow drain which caused the water to become stagnant while showering.

Room was filthy to unsanitary levels. Our linens were noticably used prior to our stay and just hidden. Dirty with cigarette burn holes in sections under the comforter. When asked the front desk for clean sheets, the attendant just told us that they ran out of clean linens and the hotel was full so it was impossible to provide us with a clean room that the situation was out of his control. Our option was to sleep on top of the comforter without any covers or go to the store and buy our own. We ended up going to the store and purchasing new sheets to sleep the night. Next day we ask to speak to the supervisor or manager. They said that twas not supervisor on site, that didn't have a time to come in and it may not show up there til Monday. At that point they couldn't help with a clean room or give a solution to our issued. We decided to checkout early and leave. After calling Expedia and requesting a refund because the hotel inability to fix the issues. We got informed that the hotel denied the refund and plainly LIED to the Expedia team arguing that they DID offer us an opportunity to upgrade our rooms and fix the issues and that we declined their offer. Let say that NO ONE ever talked to us. There's more to go on and not space. If you are OK dealing with bad service, dirty rooms, unprofessional management that plainly lies. Go head and make a reservation. The management doesn't have the decency to own their mistakes. We have everything documented by pictures, etc.

The property looked good from the outside. The rooms were something different. There was an unclean smell in 1st room and very dark. Moved to another room smelled cleaner bit didnt set right with me.. Couch was visibility stained, floor was also visibility dirty. We changed rooms within the 1st 10 minutes and checked out within an hour.. i would maybe give it a 1star.

Several facilities in the room were broken or didn't work, including broken shower curtain, water everywhere - reported but no action. Electric outlets unavailable. Room arrangement inconvenient, etc. Bed was very good. Redeeming value was its nearness to Moffitt hospital and the housekeeping staff willing to help in unusual ways.

The sheets and room hadn’t been cleaned prior to my check in and I had to request fresh Linen for one of the two beds and that didn’t come through till like 10:30 at night when check in was at like 4:20

The air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly upon our arrival… as we were a late arrival we informed the front desk in the morning.. we then proceeded to the park.. when arrived back after a day of riding roller coasters… it was functioning fine

First off they gave me a room that had somone in it..... then the room i was given was not the type of room i paid for!! They ac does not work.. the lobby is nice and cold the room was hotter than outside... the pool is not heated.... there was no remote for the tv.... the room was not clean fllors were dirty the bathroom wall had something splattered on it.. i asked about the Ac and they brought a fan... to a different room... oh and the ceiling in the lobby was leaking water.....i was talking with another guest when checking out he said the ac didnt work in his room and commented on the pool not being heated... i would not recommend a stay here

We got in kinda late but check in was a breeze. I was asked what floor I prefer, not wanting to climb stairs I said first and I was even asked where about I would like my room and I said wherever its safest, (I was traveling alone with a child) so I was assigned a room right close to the lobby. That was nice. Room was very spacious and clean and fully stocked with all amenities. Perfect area and great price.

The hotel was unkept. The couch in the room was very old and dirty that it looks like it was found on the streets. The walls were dirty. We didnt sit on the chairs. The bathroom tub clogs. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. The blow dryer is old and doesn’t work. The towels were overused that it is no longer white with stains that doesn’t come off and it’s been there even after so many washes. I told my daughters not to use the facial towel on their faces and only use the bath towel to wrap their wet hair and just air dry their bodies. The staff were nice. I’m glad I only booked for the night.

The hotel is definitely outdated and needs some work.It was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay past that. The sofa was disgusting could have used a cleaning. But over all it served it's purpose for us.
