The property is definitely dated and looks old but the rooms were very clean and the king size bed and pillows were awesome. The staff were amazing and so friendly, from Darren at check in, and we got there late late, to Trish, Lina and Sue at breakfast who were just fantastic! So very friendly and sweet. We loved them. The front desk person was extremely polite and friendly upon check in and check out. The hotel offered free transportation to and from the airport and also provided a shuttle to the cruise port. I would certainly stay there again.

They have airport and port shuttle which was extremely convenient . I love the market place and tjmax close by to it. Very clean and the staff super nice and friendly

Neighborhood was somewhat sketchy. Room was ok, but clearly old, with old carpet, dated bathroom and cracked plaster. Clean. No cups in room.

My suggestion to the property is that better directions should be given as to where to find the hotel shuttle at the airport.
