HI Ashley. Sorry to hear you did not like our historic building. The breakfast card is the destination fee amenity for you to enjoy, it is 1 per room per night. Not meant to be complimentary breakfast for 2 people but rather an amenity that is part of our destination fee offerings.

Hi Michael. Please ensure you are looking at total price when booking a hotel room. The 25 destination fee is included in the total price that is advertised. We do not know who will be arriving with a vehicle so the parking charge is stated on the website and charged if you decide to park with us. There is plenty of other parking options around the hotel that is provided by the City of Tampa or private companies. We do not advertise as having EV stations and would suggest planning your trip accordingly. We have a 48hr cancellation policy for all reservations that are not booked as non-refundable. Apologies for an ac issue and happy to hear we were able to move you to a new room so you could enjoy your night with us.
