Hôtel charmante mais….
Hôtel charmante avec beaucoup de personnalité, par contre la chambre était très mal insonorisée nous entendions nos voisin et le corridor et ça nous a réveillé De plus, la douche était trop éco responsable le jet était insuffisant. Oreiller et matelas pas très confortable.

Magnifique tout était très bien, chambre superbe et deux lits. 2 bémols, le parking toujours plein et pas très pratique et la piscine (chauffée) au soleil que le matin vraiment dommage. Et avions passent au dessus toute la journée Mais dans l’ensemble bien

I travel a lot. I have to say this was one of the biggest disappointments going. I read reviews, I looked at the online images. You walk in and think you’re at the 1 Hotel South Beach and then you turn the corner slightly and you’ve entered a motel. It looks like they dropped their entire budget into the lobby solely. The rooms in the suites have dirty mattresses in four rooms I walked into for the pull out couch. Every single one had massive dirt or blood stains. Absolutely disgusting. There are no staff on duty to help with anything. They constantly leave to go to pick up southwest crews and leave one person alone at the desk. There are no bottled waters, even for purchase. The windows in the outdoor rooms are like prison block windows, only for light. The rooms are dark. The parking situation is not the best either. To be honest, find a nice Marriott to stay at than this place. What an epic disappointment!

Hotel Alba was an amazing hotel. I came here for Mother’s Day with my daughter and we had an amazing time. The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Even the other guests were amazing and very friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean thanks to all the cleaning ladies, the amenities were impressive, check in and check out were very easy with an amazing front desk staff, and again the staff was outstanding. Brian and Sam were amazing bartenders! Overall, my Mother’s Day was beautiful and can’t thank the entire Hotel Alba staff enough!

Staff was very nice and helpful! They were always asking if they could do something for us. Did was really good as were the drinks. The pool was nice as well. Only hiccup was we were told the airport shuttle didn't need to be reserved, just come down when we depart to the airport. We did this and were told "someone should've told you they run a southwest schedule" and weren't available for the next 40 minutes.

I visit Tampa for my birthday weekend and they upgraded my room to a suite which I did not ask for. I wanted a regular Queen room and I was not pleased with the room. Overall it was ok, not what I'm used to.

Room was not very clean. Towel rack broken. Door not square which added to noisiness. Sheets not large enough for bed. Desk chair in rough shape. Flooring not secured completely. Elevators dirty. Location was convenient. Staff was generally pleasant. Overall, very disappointing. Would not recommend. Hilton should invest in renovations, maintenance and housekeeping training. If Hilton does not invest, they should divest.

The property is a refurbished older building, lovely reno - but certain features like very low ceilings betray that fact. The lighting in the rooms is poor - lots of lamps but no ceiling lighting and generally dim. The room was clean with all expected amenities - we were able to get toothbrush kits and extra blankets. There was lots pf parking - but pay per night parking and usually had to park in rear lot as it filled up early. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I had packages delivered during my stay and front desk secured and stored them with no issue. We only ate at coffee bar, food was as expected. A dance event at the pool deck one night was fun to watch. Chose hotel based on location and close access to highways for travel to Tampa and St. Pete - would stay again.

Great property and amenities. Beautiful pool area. Easy check-in. Restaurants don’t stay open too late. No water in the room is a miss - should at least be able to purchase water bottles in your room.

Nice, clean rooms. Overall hotel experience was enjoyable.Loved Brian the bartender. Engaging, fun personality. Didn’t like the cover sheet on the bed popping off all night. Too small for bed. Hotel was far from restaurants, downtown, shopping. Not much within walking distance.
