Bon séjour
Bon séjour, l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation donc un peu de bruit. L'accueil a été un peu froid, mais tout s'est bien passé. Petit déjeuner peu de choix. Hôtel éloigné de tout, si vous voulez visiter Tampa, choisissez un hôtel plus proche.

L'acceuil est bien, le personnel aussi. Manque un peu de propreté, tres legerement. petit déjeuner est bien. le decor est beau(style mexicain) mais manque de lavage de fenetre et la piscine... je ne me baignerai pas

I don't know if the rooster that started crowing at 3am has a name, but I had some choice names for him. Room 201 has a weird loft that felt rickety, a bed that makes loud sounds with every slight movement, and a view of the dumpster. Breakfast was basically fruit loops and coffee. Courtyard is pretty -- be sure to get a room facing that.

The property was in decent shape but you could tell the upgrade was rushed. Simple things like the tile in the bathroom wasn't done right, there was no where to plug in the coffee pot they had and worst of all there was no cold water in the shower or sink! When we called the guy working that night to come look at it, he got an attitude because he was playing something on his phone. When he finally came up, he was looking at the shower while still on his phone! He basically had a so what kind of attitude and was rude about his properties plumbing being wrong.

The floors were dirty, our feet were black 30 minutes in without shoes and socks on. The walls and doors had severe scratch marks and holes that looked like someone halfass covered up. When you woke up in the mornings you get woken up by a sewage/poop stench. The hallways and rooms smelled like cigarettes, like they tried using cheap middle aged biker women purfume. There were bugs and roaches crawling on the ceiling and walls. Housekeeping will bang on your door after 1pm to see if you want more towels and if you don’t answer after them banging on the door for 5 minutes they will use a key and walk in and help themselves. As soon as you walk in the lobby you get smacked in the face with a very strong chemical perfume smell. Please save your money and do not stay here. Extremely dirty place.

Checked in and checked out within 30 minutes, currently awaiting a refund due to multiple cockroaches in room. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes, as if they masked the smell.

I was early for the check in and I wanted to just hang around until check in time which was about a hour and a half and it was very hot out side and I was told I could wait outside under the umbrella table which was also hot.

The sofa smelled like it was dusty. I did not like that. The bed was aloft also cannot control the air conditioner temperature. It was too cold. Kept me from sleeping.

Even though it was a non smoking room I could still smell cigarettes Also we got there after 4 which was check in and the workers were trimming trees and it was VRRY loud Thus rally should of been done between 11 and 4 Overall the place was clean and the staff fantastic

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was spotless, quiet and had a beautiful view of a lake. The courtyard rooms looked out over a tranquil garden that was beautiful. The staff were helpful and polite. We will diffinity stay here again.

Myself an my spouse was there for a purpose a book the room a said no matter what we wasn’t gonna spoil the trip , so we packed extra!bedding an pillows just in case so that part wasn’t the problem out of everything these two things stood out an reminded you we didn’t complain or go to management because we know we will get the you book though third party crap number 1 no “HOT water” an I’m not the heat kinda an it was extremely cold after running for 10 min to warm second in the mornings around 530-6 am very strong smells come thru the bathroom an smells like sewage an is very strong after second day we couldn’t bare an just left but this is terrible an the owners don’t owe me nothing or even an apology but simply just do better!! P.s thanks for the experience Im looking in purchasing an hotel because I will never deal with this type of service . Overall the plants by the pool was the best thing this place has !

Check in was easy, staff was really nice and helpful. We stood in a 2 floor suite whixh was nice having a seperate bedroom. You can tell the hotel has been renovated and the staff keeps it clean but it does smell like smoke in the walls and carpets. Thia place must have allowed smoking before and the smell is lingering. I bought febreeze which helped. The pool area was really nice, i wish i would have asked for a balcony, but i didnt know. The pool was suppose to be heated but was not at the time only the kids could go in. Overall it was good for the price as long as your not sensitive to the lingering cigarette smell.

So clean. Decor of the rooms is very updated and modern, very clean, very cozy. Lighting is absolutely amazing for hotel selfies. Easy parking and access to room. Very close to I75 so it’s easy to find. Will definitely stay again for my future events.
