What a great hotel, great rooms with a really comfy bed, fantastic views, really clean and very friendly staff, couldn’t fault it at all.

A 4 stars hotel pretending to be a 5 stars
Well. It is announced as a five stars hotel. It is not… Politicians, head of states etc sleep there… Well their floor and service must be good. But I had a Swiss Room (big one, with King Bed, city view etc… and not the cheapest one). But I am sorry, there is no soul in this hotel. First it looks more like a Four Stars Hotel than a Five Stars. My SPA experience was so so… The swiming pool is nice, but no Jacuzzi (!?). Treatments and massage are also so so… Amenities in the room are not amazing. I stayed a week and they forgot to do my room twice even though I was putting sign to request house keeping on the door early in the morning… Really disappointed… Even though there are 30 floors, the view is great, restaurant and bar on the 30th floor offers a great view. I travel a lot, stay in a lot of 4 or 5 stars hotels. This one is definitely off my list for my next trip to Tallinn.

Superbe nuit
Superbe hotel et accueil souriant. La chambre est très spacieuse et donne une magnifique vue sur la ville. Nous y avons très bien dormi (une nuit). Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'aller au spa (compris dans le prix), bien dommage ! En tout cas, qualité au rendez-vous !

literie pas comfortable du tout: matelas très dur et oreillers trop mou chambre petite porte d'entrée bizarrement fait: en ouvrant la porte on est en face de la porte de salle de bains qui est en fait un grand miroir. On a l'impression qu'on continue dans la chambre mais c'est le miroir. Personnellement je trouve ce jeux de miroirs dérangeant et dangereux.

That charged my card 3 times and still taking time to fix this. I had to talk with them every day during my stay and had do start from the scratch every time. It seems they don’t share the problem within the team.

The hotel housekeeping should work better. The room was dirty. The body shampoo was empty when I got there, it was empty when I left, hahaha. Nobody checked. I guess it is a 4 star hotel the one in Talinn, so it is lower end 4 star. Worst value. The staff is not what you would typically experienced in other four stars in central Europe or USA, they are definetly not polite (spa and reception) they are also understaff, lines of check in and check out. Interesting point was, my reaervation said what is included and what is not included, but they asked additional daily use for the hotel pool.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr bequemen Bett und stielvoller Einrichtung. Einziger negativer Punkt ist auf Expedia zurück zu führen. So wird bei Buchung nicht deutlich, dass das Spa extra kostet. Schade, da dies eigentlich der Hauptgrund für unsere Wahl auf dieses Hotel war. Außerdem kostete das Frühstück einmal 11€ und einmal 22€ wobei letzteres etwas übertrieben wirkt.

The room did not meet the expectations we had. At that price you would hope for extreme quality, but for example the TV was from prehistoric era, the aircondition was so loud. Spa did not have a jacuzzi. All in all, the view from the room was the main reason to stay, and it did not dissapoint. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Nice staff, room looked nice (good size), the maids did a good job as the room was very clean. You had to pay to use the pool 15 euro per day which I think is a bit strange as a guest of the hotel. Most hotels dont charge for using the pool only for treatment of course so i found it strange that guest had to pay for that in this hotel. The light you see in the roof pictures of the hotel pool is not working as i asked and she said it had not been working for a very long time which I think is a bit strange (maybe change the pictures in the hotel then. The breakfast was not very good ( very dry pancakes, coffee tasted bad and sweaty cheese)
