hotel fonctionnel et tres bien situé
hotel tres bien rénové dans l'ancien bureau de poste des annees 1920, d'où le manque d'espaces intimes et le côté froid et majestueux. chambres avec mezzanine grandes et confortables et une tres belle vue. personnel accueillant et efficace vues les contraintes liées au covid. il est dommage que la terrasse du restaurant du dernierne permette pas de prendre un cafe ou une boisson en dehors des horaires de service,surtout quand le restaurant est vide... le bar du RDC est en effet froid et impersonnel

Location: Excellent, on Ortigia island but close to mainland. Near open air market & many good restaurants. Facilities: Common areas are superb & luxurious. Room is OK, not great. Bathroom too small, especially shower, which also leaks after each use. Service: At breakfast, service is excellent. Housekeeping is OK, sometimes good, sometimes a bit off. Food: Judging from breakfast, restaurant probably very good. In conclusion: If the bathroom was larger and better, it would truly be a 5-star experience, otherwise I feel it's only 4-star.

The hotel is superbly comfortable and the staff have been attentive yo the needs of guests. The building is unique and has preserved it’s original features without compromising comfort. Breakfast staff members have been both very kind to me and to my little dog (thank you, Frderica). Talking about my dog, he loved the room and the bed. I cannot wait to return.

Anna checked in with me before we arrived. She upgraded our room and provided us with tips on how to get around the neighborhood. Had a great dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Food, atmosphere and service was top notch. Concetta gave us a great check out experience. This hotel is very modern and updated. It’s very close to the old town for eating drinking and shopping.

We had such a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were always welcoming and treated us so well. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was located in an excellent location: bus to airport was a 10min walk away; bars, restaurants and shops just a short stroll; it was also very quiet so not disturbed at all. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Syracuse

This is a lovely hotel, with an exceptional staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, and kind. We loved the bicycles that were available to rent! We had a great time tooling around Ortigia and Siricusa although scary at times!

An amazing hotel with fantastic staff who are really friendly and can’t do enough for you but are genuine and not sycophantic. The room we had was brilliant - split over two levels with a fab bath it was u like any other room we’d been in. Unfortunately the surrounding area doesn’t match the high standards of Ortea Palace. Not that it’s bad but you’d expect the area to be lovely too and it’s not of the same standard. Still highly recommended but just the surrounding area isn’t five star. The hotel definitely is!!!

Amazing hotel at the heart of Siracusa, everything was perfect. From check in to beautiful, recently renovated rooms and very helpful staff. Could not ask for more. thanks in particular to Angelo, he was always very kind and helpful.
