the good: - super confortable bed - location is perfect - the price for that night 66dollars - the new renovation of the room, best hotel around syracuse in that price range for my date the bad : - super dirty bathroom. obviously I was left unclean on purpose, porblably to save some times - the breakfast it is a joke like often for this kind of hotel, more like a motel. - I asked for a quiet room. the hotel was almost empty. I got a room surrounded by other people. Moreover on the side of the highway. This point really killed my experience there as I needed to get rest! Overall. hard to and not to recommend this place. Make your choice according what you are looking for. But you get what you pay for...

pas terrible
enregistrement très long et confusion sur les chambres, avec courriel de confirmation nous avons eu droit au frigidaire et lit king. Salle de bain avait cheveux et poussière par terre et pour tout vous dire j'ai pris des douches au lieu des bains que je préfère habituellement. Coin repas très petit et il manquait de fruits, yogourt, gruau juste une sorte de pain donc déjeuner la 1 matin sur 3!!

Excellent séjour.
Même si cet hôtel était situé un peu en dehors de notre route, nous y avons réservé une chambre car nous savions que cela en valait la peine. Nous avons toujours été très satisfaits de nos séjours dans les Fairfield Inn et Fairfield &Suite Marriott.

Room could have been a bit cleaner. We moved a chair and crumbs and cobwebs in the corner, look like milk spiled on bed frame, and towel under the bathroom sink. Staff was nice and friendly. It is convenient to shopping and food.

We were extremely happy with our stay. My husband and I especially loved how comfortable and soft the bed was. One of the best night of sleep we've had in a while. The staff was extremely nice as well. We will be staying here again for future trips!

A primary reason for booking this hotel was because it had a pool. It was closed for maintenance with no prior notification to us, so that was disappointing. We also had issues upon checking in. One room had the fridge in the bathroom, another had one bed when we had reserved 2, and another wasn't clean and ready for guests checking in. Some room switches were made, we settled in. Turns out our fridge was unplugged and very smelly, and the cleanliness wasn't top notch. It was decent, but lots of room for improvement. Ex, scum buildup around the crevices of the shower seat in the accessible bathroom of our room. I will say, the staff was excellent. At every interaction, they were pleasant, helpful, smiling, and friendly.

They show an indoor pool its closed 4 the winter!!it was the reason we booked there very very upsetting.. when u walk in it smells like gas or some other foul smell.. refrigerator had so much ice it didn't open they had to send a new 1... keurig. Was missing top.. hair allover tub and walls soap holder had hail mold and dirt when asked to clean they attempted to remove a few hairs.. i have pictures of everything.. parking lot littered with glass bottles and cans.. im very very disappointed.. the waffle maker was messed up and burned my hand so bad..i also have pictures

Very dumpy hotel. Room was still dirty, finding other guests things in places. staff nonexistent. Was cheaper than others in the area but no value for money whatsoever.
