Chambre confortable, service nul
L’enregistrement à l’hôtel prend une éternité et les réceptionnistes sont cachées derrière d’immenses écran d’ordinateur. On ne peut pratiquement pas les voir. Le déjeuner est servi au petit café situé à côté de l’hôtel, mais il faut choisir 1 seul item parmi une courte liste et le café ou le jus n’est pas inclus. Il y a 2 machines à café dans le hall de réception de l’hôtel, mais elles ne fonctionnent pas très bien et le café y est infecte.

The property is very old and the rooms reflect that. We found it had an odd smell and whilst the sheets were clean they also had a weird smell. The cupboards in the kitchen area had loose doors. The bathroom was ok but the shower wasn’t the best. Having said this-the location was perfect 😉

I was extremely disappointed staying here we had an early flight arrived at 9:30 ish and asked if we could check in early which we were told to leave our bags and come back in a hour clearly the room wasn’t ready and when we asked for a refund our room automatically got upgraded and apparently the system did it the night before whereas when asked if we could change our bed they said no coz the room we booked came with that bed only. I asked for the manager and he was so rude and so unprofessional I would never lie about anything and they accused me of lying where actually the staff member there told us to come back within an hour. The talk got heated and we just went to our room and then later on I came down and saw the manager and I apologised for raising my voice and all he said was yeah ok in the most rudest way he didn’t even apologise for what his staff said or anything acting like it’s all our fault. Had the worse experience here will never ever book with this hotel name ever again. I felt so disrespected and low they made me feel so bad about myself and had the worse time there. The sauna is not even properly and the swimming pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Just really disappointed and they honestly ruined my best friends 28th birthday

すぐ近くに大きめのスーパーがあり、野菜、総菜、飲み物、サプリなど色々買えて便利です。有名なデパートであるQVBもあります。 夜はすぐ近くのTown Hallの時計台がライトアップされ、現代のビルと共存する姿はシドニーの象徴的な風景の一つだと思います。 共用部は壁紙が剥がれたりしていたものの、部屋の中はモダンで綺麗でした。カーテンが分厚いの一枚のみだったので、明るい時間に外の目を遮るために薄いカーテンが欲しかったです。 連泊で、使用後のカップをテーブルに置いておいたところ、洗面台の横に洗った上で洗剤とともに置かれていました。嫌味ではなく思いやりだと思いたいところですが、どうして本来の場所に置いてくれなかったんだろうとモヤモヤしてしまいました。
