We arrived way before checkin time after a long overnight flight and they had an open room for us at 10 am! My wife loved the Dyson hair blower. Friendly doorman.

Absolutely a five star hotel! Quirky and moody, staff were amazing, loved the vibe of the decor and just the atmosphere in general. Would stay again. Except.. after an amazing first night of a 3 night stay, we couldn’t access our room due to a faulty electronic door lock and needed to change rooms. The replacement room was not even close to comparable which was disappointing and definitely ruined the mood. That said, will absolutely be back!

Slightly disappointed.
Hotel felt a little tired and service was slightly off-key. Not the high standards I'm accustomed to from the QT brand. The bath tub in our Deluxe King was too small to feel luxurious.

Not long enough!
This was a very short overnight stay. We wish we had more than 6 hours to enjoy and explore this beautiful accommodation. We will certainly return and ensure we have plenty of time!
