We stayed in a premier king corner suite which was huge! I loved the small window from the bath to the living room where i could relax but also watch a bit of tellie. Service and staff are fantastic and so nice. I would definitely recommend

Location of accommodation is great but the hotel seems slow and no one really knows what is going on. We spent 35 minutes standing in the queue to check in. Got to our room and within a couple of minutes house keeping was knocking on the door to make it up. Came back five minutes later knocking again. No towels at the pool. Pool water very low. I'd expect this lack of attention to detail immediately after covid but 2 years on isn't really good enough. Wouldn't stay again.

Stayed for the convenient location to Parramatta Park for an event. The room is overdue for a reno. As you soon as you open the door your a hit with a strong overwhelming musty/ sewage smell. Some stains on the walls and on the couch. No powerpoint by bed to charge your phones unless you unplug the lamps. Overall great parramatta location average rooms

No complaints on the room - loved it However- Did an online booking to stay at this venue which included the full package (car park and breakfast) for 2 days. The 2 days of our breakfast we were told our breakfast was not included with our stay Very frustrating. On leaving the venue we were going to be charged for our car park because it didn’t show in their system we had a package included. Again - frustrating! There was NO staff communication in regards to our booking - it was such a frustrating and stressful experience communicating with staff explaining to them that I didn’t have to pay for breakfast and car park even when I showed them my online booking with everything included - Not happy

Very close to many restaurants. Ferry to Circular Quay is a couple of blocks away. The new metro station is around the corner. Great position for everything we needed.

I had to complain twice about excessive noise. The first night, two separate couples kept us awake. The initial couple began with extremely loud music, while the second couple (a "crack head" according to the ladiespartner) woke us up at 3 am, screaming and cursing at each other. The disturbance was so severe that my children woke up scared and terrified. I and another guest had to call the manager twice to request police intervention. The following day, hoping for a good night's sleep before our 9 am flight, one of the couples again started with loud TV noise after 10 pm. I had to call twice to request them to lower the volume.
