L’équipe de Monsieur Michele au petit déjeuner est exceptionnelle : sourire, efficacité et bienveillance permanente. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du check-in au check-out; tout était parfait.

Nous n'avons pas effectué le séjour, il nous a été impossible, ni via Hotel.com, par qui nous ne passerons plus, ni directement via l'hôtel, où nous n'irons donc jamais, de simplement modifier d'une journée la date de la réservation ! peu apprécié de chatter avec un assistant virtuel, ni de nous voir donner par l'hôtel des numéros de téléphone qui ne menaient nulle part, si ce n'est .. chez les pompiers de notre village !

Enjoyable stay
My family and I stayed at Intercontinental for 3 days and could not have been more pleased. The service especially was remarkable and made the stay much more pleasant!

L'emplacement est idéal. Les chambres spacieuses mais manque de rangement pour une famille de 4pers. La piscine et le sauna sont divins. Et ne passer pas à côté du petit-déjeuner. RE MAR QUA BLE ! Un service et une salle à la française.

Such a beautiful, friendly, well located hotel. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and lovely to have me and my partner stay for the weekend. The hotel room was spacious, had everything you could think of. Really appreciate the hospitality we received.

I was disappointed that I could hear the people in the next room talking. My other complaint was I rang three times for the room service tray following lunch to be removed from my room. When I returned from being out, later in the day it was still in my room. I then put it outside the door last night and it was still there this morning. I expect better from a five star hotel

We enjoyed the location of this property, close to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were good, quite spacious. Extensive breakfast which catered to all our needs. Swimming pool was small.

The room is spacious and relatively clean. The amenities in the toilet is not refilled and need to request everyday. While the room service food is decent, I don’t get why there is a delivery charge on ordering room service. Breakfast is average. The food variety/ cuisine can be more diverse.

Not good service, no option to pay cash, no privacy in the rooms as there is next door a tower.

I did not like my stay at this hotel because as soon as I entered the hotel room, the smell had a strong odor similar to the smell of moth balls. I discussed this with the hotel front desk staff and they tried to use a cleaning spray to diminish the smell but it still persisted and nothing else was done by the staff to help. The bed was very uncomfortable as well and the door handle to the bathroom was broken. Very unsatisfactory by the staff as no further communication was attempted on their part to fix the smell situation.

On a three night stay with my husband and son, we enjoyed a classic king room with a roll away. The space was big enough to be comfortable. The finishing and amenities were thoughtful (right down to the lighting and controllable heating and cooling) and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and in easy walking distance of Sydney Harbour. We loved every minute of our stay.

My forever Sydney Hotel
Great location to the Harbor and Opera House. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Next door to Botanical Gardens. Room comfortable and we got a room with a view of the Opera House which was amazing. Staff was attentive and very accommodating! Would come back again and again!!
