We do thrive on providing high standarts of cleaning in all of our rooms and I am sorry about the run down furniture that was in this particular room. Smoking within the hotel is not prohibited I can only apologise for the issue caused here by other guests. In regards to our hotel lift we do have wheelchair users staying with us and have not raised any issues to date, however I appreciate your feedback . I do hope that you allow us to redeem ourselves in the future. Best wishes,

Good morning, dear Ann-Marie. Unfortunately, the parking and the lend near hotel do not belong to he hotel. The owner of the parking is a Parking eye company, which in turn charges a fee for using the parking lot. The rules of this company are highlighted in the parking space as well as in the hotel, and also when booking you could read all the necessary information about that. We are very sorry that you are upset about this, but we cannot resolve this issue.Each hotel room is equipped with air conditioning, and if it wasn't enough for you, the only one thing my colleagues could provide was something alternative or additional, which in turn did they do?In any case, thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We will figure out what exactly happened in your room, but according to this feedback , everything was done according the instructions and the law.We hope to welcome you again in any case, as we try to do everything you ask, and paying for parking is a rule that everyone must follow.
