Hotel superbe, nous avions une chambre familiale soul Kids, elle était immense et tres bien agencée. l'hotel est situé en plein centre ville à 200 mètres du métro et dans au pied de la rue piétonne et commerçante de Suzhou. nous avons adoré notre passage dans cet hôtel. le petit déjeuner était excellent.

L'hôtel très bien situé, avec décoration design (les t3 ascenceurs sont à utiliser et à comparer en termes de déco). Le personnel est efficace, très prévenant et maitirse bien l'anglais. La chambre est confortable.

Accueil amical en arrivant à l'Hôtel Soul Suzhou; impression agréable en prenant les ascenseurs aux ambiances variées. L'hôtel est bien situé pour aller faire des visites de musées et de jardins, mais aussi pour les boutiques.

Hotel dont le hall parait très moderne, mais la chambre est d'un décor pauvre, la vue banale et l'accueil à la chaine. Aucun sentiment de bien être. Pour le prix dans une ville aussi historique on s'attendrait à beaucoup mieux.

Très bel hôtel, à condition d'aimer le design.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli, par un personnel parlant parfaitement l'anglais. Très efficace pour répondre à nos demandes de taxis et autres services. Il faut préciser qu'il est très difficile d'avoir un taxi à Suzhou. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel. Un pousse pousse nous avait déposé dans un quartier à l'opposé. La chambre très moderne, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La salle de bain entièrement vitrée, et intimisée par une sérigraphie sur les vitres représentant les canaux de Suzhou. De par le monde, nous n'avons jamais trouvé un tel buffet de petit déjeuner. Tant salé que sucré, c'était tout simplement énorme.

Hôtel branché au cœur de Suzhou
Cet hôtel à la décoration atypique est très bien : le personnel parle anglais, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le prix est très compétitif. Seul point noir, le restaurant : les formules proposées pour le déjeuner et le diner sont terribles, le buffet proposé pour le diner (légumes et fruits) est le même que pour le petit déjeuner. Concernant le petit déjeuner, les plats n'étaient pas renouvelé en cas d'influence, ce qui limite rapidement le choix.

Hotel bien situé dans le centre; chambre très grande avec tout le confort; salle de bains remarquable à tous points de vue. Calme; petit-déjeuner chinois ou occidental très copieux. Le matin de notre départ, une voiture de l'hôtel nous a emmené gracieusement à la gare TGV distante de 15Km (j'avais simplement la veille demandé un taxi)

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix
Hotel hautement recommandé pour son niveau de confort, sa propreté, son emplacement en plein centre ville, le professionnalisme du personnel, etc. Et tout ça pour un prix très abordable. Par contre il ne faut pas être réfractaire au style clinquant chinois que l'on peut juger un peu "too much" (lumières bien flashy, ascenseur style navette spatiale...), mais que nous avons personnellement trouvé plutôt rigolo!

I had two nights stay in this hotel. the location is great, short walks to food, shopping , café and subway station. even though it is close to some very busy and crowded streets, my room is nice and quiet . stuff are very friendly. definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel inside, the main issue is finding it as the map provided shows another property so we wandered 15 mins before finding the place! but inside the rooms are clean and the hotel has quite a modern funky style.

這次住行政房，居然有免治馬桶，太棒了，早餐可以，該有的都有，飯店走出來就是觀前街商圈，吃喝逛街很方便，唯一缺點就是自駕進市區會比較堵，但是不礙事 早點出門亦可！會再選擇。

Location was good. A local 3 stars hotel at a great location. Hotel is a bit too dark. I booked a room for 4, the beds were very big and spacious and the hotel also gave us 4 complimentary cocktails and a big fruit platter. Good value for money.

Good buffet breakfast, very large rooms and a convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful. Free shuttle to the train station. Next time I'm in Suzhou I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to major attractions. It has free shuttle service to some of them. The staff is conversant in English and is very knowledgeable about how to get to these attractions. The room is large, and art deco style. The bathroom is painted black, and very dark. It could use more lighting . The mini refrigerator did not work in my room. Overall, I will stay here again for its location and friendly staff.

The room was a bit cold probably it was drizzling out there. There was no heater. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel was centrally located, short walking distance to metro chayyuanchang and in front of the hotel, there was a walking street with a lot of eateries and shopping mall. Easily accessible to attraction like Suzhou museum, Humble administrator garden and culture street.
