Almost perfect: late checkin might be an issue if you are an international tourist without phone plan, as you have to call a number written on the wall. Language might also be an issue…

Had a fabulous stay. Great service. Fantastic location in easy walking distance to beach, surf club and Wharf. Very comfortable beds. Good size kitchen.

Lovely stay in Mooloolaba
Great things: - The staff here are super lovely. I arrived early for check-in and they let my put my luggage in their office. - All rooms had their private AC unit which let us have maximum comfort during our stay. - Amenities were lovely as well, and good appliances were provided by the property. - Sundays they can accomodate for a lazy check-out at an additional cost. Things needing improvement: - My room was not ready till after 2:30-2:45PM. The staff, again, were super lovely and I did say it was no issue to them. But keep that in mind when booking. - After a couple of days, my friend and I noticed a distinct odour around the lounge/kitchen area. We have been taking out our garbage daily and were dilligent with our cleanliness so we think it might be something in the carpet from the people who were there previously. But don't let it deter you from booking, the place otherwise was spotless. I'm just sharing this if someone booking has a big aversion to odour. Other than that, fantastic stay! Will 100% rebook because I loved this place.

Very spacious big rooms big comfy beds and 2 ensuites. No pool in this complex however! We do think $200 a night is alot though but fully self contained is comfortable

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Both ensuite and bathroom had a smell. Mugs and cutlery seemed dirty. Dishwasher was smelly and dirty. Floors did not look very clean either, not coming back to this property

Spacious and comfy
Very spacious super clean. Nice comfy bed. Night checkin gave my keys to someone else. So a 9.30 pm visitor was not appreciated. When you are a solo woman staying there.

Exceeded my expectations. Only took minutes to walk to the beach, the Wharf was at my doorstep, bus stop a few metres from front door, supermarket a few minutes walk, food and coffee shops everywhere. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short break.

Greta location. Horrendous car park.
We were here for a Nippers competition so didn’t stay during the day which is probably a good thing as it was fairly uncomfortable in the living areas. The table and chairs in the balcony could be used because the balcony (although a decent size) was too small for the setting the owner has chosen. The Lou he is very small and is good for 2 people and that’s it. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen stocked with the basic utensils but nothing more. Really great location though. Parking. Is. Horrible. If you live your car, don’t park here. It’s free, but still not worth it. I have never experienced a tighter car park so if you have anything bigger than a small hatchback you will find it difficult to navigate. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if I’m honest.
