« Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property. »

« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« Bon hôtel dans le centre de medan. La chambre DELUXE était très confortable et spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. La réception se trouve au 9eme étages. Le Check-in était un peu long cependant . Pas loin à pied de point center avec magasin et restaurant. »

« Not sure why Expedia rates this as a 4 star hotel but the bedding, towels/bathroom, and overall room feel more like a 3 star hotel. Staff, however, were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was okay…could be better. »

« Room is clean, hotel staff is polite and friendly. However the hotel has super lousy wifi. Non existent for the whole duration of our stay there. Given feedback that 1 lightbulb inside the cabinet was faulty from day 1. Never got it fixed until the last day we were there. There’s fridge inside the room. Not really cold but at least has one in there. »
