« The property is very comfortable with some nice decor. The pool area gets the morning sun but later in the day it moves away. However the communal pool, which is just across the way is available. There were a couple of minorissues, which have been fed back to the owner. We’d certainly consider staying again. »

« The house was decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was fabulous. Met nice people at the community pickleball courts and the hot tub. The owner was very nice and quick to respond when needed. The carpet was a little worn in one area and Collier traffic is loud. However, it wouldn’t stop us from renting there again. »

« We enjoyed our second stay here. They could use a few throw blankets for use in the living room area, in order to not rob all the beds of their top quilts for cozying up in front of the tv. Also, I had to buy laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Otherwise, this place is wonderful! »

« We had a fantastic time during our week at Ivan’s property in Naples! The house has a very Zen feel and is perfect for a family retreat. It is beautifully maintained, in soothing colors of blue and white, with a lovely in-ground pool in a quiet setting surrounded by tropical landscaping. Our adult children and grandkids loved swimming in the backyard pool and playing all the games left for us to enjoy. The property is super quiet and safe promoting a very peaceful feeling. « We are very familiar with the Lely Resort in Naples FL; when this property popped up we jumped on it as it had everything we look for in a long term rental - we stayed for 40 days. The entire house was fully functional for our needs - we cook full meals most days. The pool was heated and well maintained. Lyuba is a wonderful host and responded quickly to our inquiries. « Seldom happens that the reality is better than the online ad. We were nicely surprised to see that the house was much bigger than what we expected, and it was also spotless. Great location. Close to downtown, beaches, and bike paths. The managers were very responsive, although we actually didn't need much help because everything was well organized and simple to navigate.
