« Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. « Booked a weekend to reconnect with friends and visit Crater Lake, couldn't have asked for a better location. We made use of the pool table, DVD collection and loved spending time in the outdoor spaces on the property. House was clean and orderly, and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back! »

« I don’t often write reviews but our stay was absolutely perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for a bbq, the towels were especially nice and plenty of them. The house was very clean! We had five adults and a couple of toddlers and we had plenty of places to sleep. We saw deer out of our window every day which was so fun for the little ones. The only complaint I could come up with is the downstairs bed is full/double sized (as it says in the listing) and it’s a tad small for two adults....

« Positives - Good location, very clean and we appreciated the bottle of Champagne and treats. Seemed like the Owners were nice. Needs Improvement - Could not find an address of the property on the confirmation email. I tried calling the number listed if we had a question...no answer. I didn't want to start digging through our luggage to try to find original paperwork, so I went on-line and looked for rental properties in Jacksonville. « Great Cats World Park across the road! Oregon caves nearby. This was far more convenient than staying in Grants Pass which made the trip convenient and stress free. The home was older but comfortable. I am gluten free and need to cook for myself when traveling. Although there is not a traditional kitchen, we did well with the microwave, toaster oven with baking capability, a refrigerator and portable double burner. Patty, the hostess, was communicative, helpful, and kind. »

« Such a beautiful little cabin nestled in the mountains. It was very comfortable and accommodating. The peace we felt there was awesome. Host was kind and welcoming. Perfect little getaway. The Boatnik Festival, jet boat ride, and great meals together kept us very busy, and it was a respite to come back to this quaint cottage in the evenings. « It had everything we wanted or needed for comfort, and we were able to have our dog travel and stay with us. Communication with the host was great. Many things within walking distance, including the Shakespeare festival events. We plan to return in the future and hopefully stay at this property again. »

« The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely. »

« Very nice, but we are older, my wife needed grab bars at the tub, she can't do stairs so the nice bed went un-used, tv was limited because we don' do electronics well and I didn't see a back door in case of fire. »

« There is plenty of room is this unit with a lovely country kitchen and large bathroom area. Our small dog enjoyed the huge backyard for running and rolling in the grass. This is a beautiful setting for a get-away and we enjoyed a barbeque dinner. »

« Small but cute studio cabin with a beautiful bathroom. Communication was challenging with the host and collecting the key to the cabin was also not straightforward. Otherwise we had a nice stay and had all the amenities we needed for n overnight stay. »
