« Front desk staff were all helpful! Cynthia in the bar/restaurant was the sweetest and very attentive. Housekeeping was fair. I had broke a large bottle of margaritas and it was sticky and lots of glass all over the kitchen area. We cleaned it as best we could but without a broom and mop there is only so much we could do. Explained to front desk about my mess and to please have housekeeping clean our room. They did, but there were still large pieces of glass. Then only made our bed. We had to...
