The hotel refused to provide me the invoice of the total amount I paid to Expedia.
The hotel provided me the invoice of the hotel without the margin of Expedia, meaning my company pay back me only the amount of the hotel, I will lose 13 euros marg8n of Expedia.
I tried to contact Expedia per mail several times to provide me a new invoice with the complete amount of money I paid to Expedia, no answers. So I will cancel my fresh Expedia account and reservation, and come back to work with Accor and Booking. Very bad first experience with Expedia!
