Staff was friendly and helpful. They are dog friendly and there’s a big area in the middle that was once a pool. Lots of grass for dogs. Room was clean. Property was well lit at night.

I just needed a very cheap place to stay after sleeping in my car for 4 days after my purse was stolen and I had hell trying to get anyone to help me, I just wanted a bed

Not much choice and it shows!
Not much choice for the July 4th TCR Rodeo and had family and friends nearby to see. The bed was pretty hard and the bathroom wasn't real clean but we managed.

A fellow patron reminded that I left my truck open and forgot. Also the office gave us a new light bulb as ours was missing. This property is clean, the only issue was the flushing of the toilet which need plunging each time.

The toilet seat was broken. Would not fully open and close unless you held onto it. There was no soap in the shower area. I had to go to Walmart and buy body wash. Towels had brown spots on them but were cleaned.

I am sorry that you have gone through this inconvenience but, I do not understand why you had to go to walmart, if we offer an excellent service 24/7?, I am sure that if you had notified the incident we would have solved it in a matter of minutes, as simple as it's.

We arrived to check in at the hotel, just to find out that there was NO availability and that we were the 10-15th family that had the same issue. Don't offer the room if it is not available!! Not happy with the Expedia experience!

We were visiting from out of town. The room was dirty, broken mirror hair in the bathtub, hole in the shower next to the water spout, dirty towels, drawers were stained floor had trash. I was supposed to have 2 queen beds and they were XL twin or full size. I asked for supplies to clean it myself and was told no. I went to the local store for cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. We couldn't go anywhere else everything was booked. Newly remodeled should NOT be on their website. And the pictures they have on the site is not accurate at all.

It is a pity that you give yourself the luxury of lying, I remember exactly the day you came, only a clean towel which you named as dirty, but of course I did not offer you the %80 percent discount you wanted, basically it was free for in exchange for a great service. Don’t do it!
It was dirty and gave me a smoking room because that is all they had. I didn’t even stay the second night.

Since this has been remodeled this hotel has no issues at all. Clean rooms and very helpful staff (he came to tell me I left my windows down in the rain). As of summer 2022, it is a perfectly fine place to stay

The Stamford Inn was simple but all we needed for an overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Room and bath were clean and well-furnished. We felt safe. My only complaint was that there was no one available at the front desk at 8:30 AM when we checked out. I would have liked to receive a receipt for the stay. The lobby and front desk area were locked, and no one was present. I will try to obtain the receipt by calling them.
