Hello, I am sorry you did not fully enjoy your stay. I have no reported issues of any of these things as we would have sent maintenance first thing in the am to address and verify. The staff member you are referring does indeed work with us as she works between two of our properties. No, a manager was not on site the evening you checked in, but a manager was onsite the next morning all day, along with the day of your check out. We had no communication from you during your stay. Our 2nd bedrooms are 100% indeed queen beds and we use queen size linens to fit. The tags of the bedding reflect the size as well. It is a king in the master bedroom a queen the the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofas are a "smaller" queen bed as all sleeper sofas are a tiny bit smaller than any standard size regular bedroom set, but definitely larger than a full. We do provide kitchen sponges upon request which there is information in the units which state that. We also do have detergent available for a small fee at the front desk as well. These are not common items that are requested and therefore are provided upon request. We also do not provide complimentary detergent due to several people with different allergies and as stated a box of detergent can be purchased at the front desk for a small fee if needed which that information is also provided in the room. We have re-inspected that unit and found no no rust or mold on anything. If you have pictures that you can kindly share that would be appreciated as I also have pictures and there is no rust on anything in that unit. The shower heads are routinely cleaned and CLR used for sediment build up being as we are on the beach and have more build up at times than other locations. Your statements are false and I kindly ask that you remove your review as it does not depict our units accurately. We take our cleaning and maintenance of our units very seriously and your feedback is a false representation of our property.
