CYRIL FORTIER le manager est vraiment très bien ainsi que les autres salariés de l'hotel. Cet établissement mérite d être retenu pour un séjour à GUERNESEY. Situation proche du centre ville et du débarcadère ( car-ferry.)

Excellent hôtel, très chaleureux
Excellent hôtel. Personnel très aimable et au petit soin. Ambiance chaleureuse. Livres à disposition. Seule critique : la salle de bain était un peu vieillote. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Ambiance "Pub" sympa le soir.

très joli hôtel, grande chambre, d'une propreté impeccable superbe petit déjeuner le point le plus positif : l'accueil chaleureux disponible il faut simplement monter à pied la colline, mais c'est lié à la topographie de la ville

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The lovely lady who served breakfast (usually works in the office) got some oat milk in for me specially. Reception & housekeeping staff very friendly & room was gorgeous. Very comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again

This was my first stay at the colinette hotel.from the moment that I arrived the staff where friendly and helpful.the hotel was spotlessly clean.the apartment was great . The complimentary tray and room cleaning service each day was great. There's a great outdoor swimming pool too. I would highly recommend a stay at la colinette hotel.

A Fabulous Return to One of My Favourite Places
I used to come to Guernsey for work, and stayed at the Collinette many times. The place is just lovely, great comfort and peacefully quiet, great breakfast and single bookings come with a double bed - bliss! The staff are fantastic and Cyril and his team really make this place the home from home that it obviously is for so many. Travelling this time as a tourist, I was keen to return and wasn't disappointed. Beautifully clean, attention to detail and lovely food meant that I was able to enjoy all that it has to offer without getting up for work in the morning! It's a short walk through Candie Gardens to the centre of St Peter Port and there's nothing not to love!

Hotel Dow not have Air Conditioners, my stay was in June and had to move hotels upon arrival because the room was extremely hot. They provided fans, which did not help at all. I could not sleep there. There are no elevators so plan on dragging your luggage down log hallways and stairs to get to your room. Flies were swarming the lobby area as well. Not one of Guernsey’s best hotels. Cannot recommend. Low quality.

Stayed 2 nights in the family room which was perfect for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, quiet and in a great location for walking into St.Peters Port. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again whilst visiting.

Wonderful stay
Absolutely superb stay. I chose this place somewhat at random but it was a brilliant find. Large room, well appointed, wonderful staff who couldn't be more helpful, great food - with generous portion sizes for a very good price. If you're in to your modern history this place is also interesting and has the German Navy signals HQ bunker museum right next door.

Staff were very welcoming and even showed us to our room. We had dinner at the hotel - there was a good choice and the food was lovely. In the room there were blinds and curtains so the room was nice and dark. Room was in good condition and was comfortable.

Lovely place!
What a gem of an old-fashioned hotel! The room was comfortable, clean and high-ceilinged. Breakfast was tasty. The staff went above and beyond, the bartender even offering to come rescue us in his own car when the ferry was late and there were no taxis. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Really nice little hotel a short walk from the centre of St Peter Port. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well serviced. Food was nice. I like the fact they give you towels for the pool so you don't mess up the bathroom ones and you can keep yours dry for the beach if you have bought any. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Guernsey.

La Collinette is a small and picturesque hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Friendly and always helpful staff have made our stay very pleasant. Mrs Margarita and her team keep the hotel immaculately clean, over and above many 5* hotels. I can only recommend this hotel.

Super hotel!
Loved our short stay - staff were amazing - all super friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff were superb. Breakfast was great and we ate twice more during our short stay because the food was too good. Our kids (12 and 9) loved the pool - especially as the weather was great.

Enjoyable time in Guernsey
Good, older hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room above bar and slightly noisy, but not later when sleeping. Convenient for the town and restaurants with a 15 minute walk.

Nice break away... in a nice hotel.
This hotel is exceptionally clean, with very friendly and helpful staff, it is appointed in a good location only a short pleasant walk through the gardens from town. The breakfast, had continental and full English options, with both being tasty. The room was not as expected. We were allocated a standard double when we had booked a family room, and therefore the room size was a lot smaller than we hoped for (we mentioned this when we were shown to our room, but were told that that as we were only 2 guests we had been moved). The room had a table fan, but would have benefitted from A/C, as as our room had direct sunlight all day, (I expect that this would have been fine normally, but as we were blessed with great weather, it made the room very hot day and night). The room had everything expected, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and tea and coffee. The bar was well managed with good sitting areas and sports being shown (in the background - not blaring which was nice). Overall - this is a lovely hotel, with a good level of attention to the little details. We would stay again.
