The hotel was very nice. The food was good at the bar. The place was very stylish and cool. The bathroom was SUPER nice!!!

Not impressed. Thought this would be our "splurge" nice hotel to round out our trip to the Bahamas. We had decided to spend the night in STL prior to driving home so were tired from traveling and just wanted some place relaxing and nice. This place was very nice (at one time) but does not appear well maintained as everything has faded with it. The building around this hotel are also not well maintained with lots of graffiti and crumbling bricks. I had reserved a suite with a balcony but were not given a balcony as none were available. It is valet parking only though there is a garage across from the hotel that was okay. We wanted to walk to dinner but the area did not feel very safe with lots of panhandlers. The staff were very polite but obviously overworked or did not care. When I had questions, the phones kept ringing and they kept stopping our conversation to answer and then dismissing me. All of the phones apparently malfunctioned or something and there was an alarm at 6am that woke the entire hotel up. There was an overhead announcement stating that it was a mistake. Never received an apology for that and it made for a tired morning. There were no extra blankets or towels. Looked at the pool but no hot tub. Honestly, I have had much better experiences at less fancy and cheaper hotels. Not worth the money. Do not recommend.

Loved the hotel atmosphere. The restaurant did not get our food order correct, so left without eating. The breakfast stopped at 10am. The server was great in the evening and tried to make the experience better. Bartender was knowledgeable and pleasant.

There was not nearly enough staff to take care of guests. We experienced rudeness a number of times from staff members. When we got there, we had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa. We asked two times about three hours apart and finally had to go downstairs to get her own sheets the third time. on the second day we were there out of three days they decided not to clean our room at all. I have never left for any hotel but the service was so terrible. I felt like it would be best to caution anyone wanting to stay at this place.

the hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. the only thing is that I didn't like is that they charge me $100 EXTRA but I didn't request any service or food.

Ice machine on our floor was broken and we heard guns shots while in our suite that was wrong room and didn’t have a bath tube like the one we booked

Pretty hotel and decorated nicely around Christmas time, but overall just ok, especially for the price. It was cute, but just gave ok vibes not so much luxury. Parking was of course ridiculous at $48 per night and the valet was comfortably on his phone so it took a minute for him to park me. He was nice once he got off the phone though. Lol. The front desk attendant was nice at check-in and had a pretty good welcome drink. No one was at the desk at checkout. They said she had run to the store. Lol. So ummmm yeah I won’t spend my own money to stay here again, but if someone else invites me, I’d be down. I did love the bidet! Probably my favorite part of the hotel. : )

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. From the warm welcome from Drummond and staff to the manager at our check out making sure our car was out front by 5am so we could make our early flight. Everyone we encountered was kind and very helpful, we will certainly stay here again.

We stayed in the King Room on the Corner and it was amazing! Floor to ceiling windows with views of the city, stadium, and peaks of the river. Enormous bathroom with a soaking tub and abutting shower were true highlights. We enjoyed the rooftop bar even though the band was away that night. Will have to go back and try the rooftop pool! The area is somewhat abandoned urban (several boarded up buildings, graffiti, etc.) and looked a little rough so definitely be alert if you walk to dinner, or take a cab. We walked around with no immediate issues but we’re on our guard and did see few broken into cars on the street.

The pull out sofa had a large blood stain on the mattress. They gave us two towels for four people and no sheets for said pull out sofa. Had to call the front desk for those. The bathroom exhaust did not work therefor the towels they did give us were damp. The hallways smelled like pot. Not a desirable area to walk back from a night game at Busch stadium.

Very long check in line and delay in getting to our room. Tried using mobile check in after setting an arrival time in my reservation, but the app says it requires at least an hours notice to use the mobile key.

My only complaint is the pool was absolutely disgusting. I wish I could say it was from the storm that rolled through but no way.. water was murky and the sides on the pool were black. Very disappointed
