Établissement coorect mais que ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles. Personne de l accueil pas compétente. Contrairement au personnel du petit déjeuner. Des gros problèmes d humidité ( deux changements de chambre pour nous) A savoir certains endroits pas accessibles à tous sauf si vous payez plus. 60 € la piscine roof top 10 € le petit déj en extérieur

J’ai passé un excellent séjour . Le personnel était très sympas et très souriants . Le fitness était vraiment génial, les terrasses très belles et calmes. Piscine intérieur et extérieur géniales ! Les deux restaurants au bord de mer excellente cuisine je conseille.

Malheureusement, l'hôtel aurait besoin de quelques améliorations et de quelques réparations. Il semble très désuet et il y avait une odeur de moisi dans le couloir provenant d'un dégât des eaux sur l'un des murs. Autour de l'hôtel, il y avait 3 chantiers de construction avec des bruits de construction toute la journée. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable.

Hôtel magnifique
Hôtel en plein centre, très bien situé juste au pied de Paceville avec tous ses bars et clubs Impressionnant par sa taille intérieure, très moderne Parking payant (15€ par jour) juste au pied, mais si vous marchez un peu vous pouvez vous garer plus loin, gratuitement 😉 Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avons été surclassé 😇 Petit déjeuner buffet très complet Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont de différentes catégories, bar/brasserie, pizzeria, gastronomique Je recommande vivement cet hôtel où nous séjournerons sûrement à nouveau

Nous avons adoré les équipements proposés par l’établissement (plage privée, piscine intérieure et extérieure avec accès à certains éléments du spa). Seul petit bémol, il faut payer un supplément pour accéder à la piscine qui se trouve sur le toit de l’hôtel (70€ par jour et par personne). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement et nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

L’hôtel dispose de beaux équipements : piscine, sauna, hammam mais les vestiaires ne sont pas extraordinaires. Il est préférable d’y aller en peignoir sauf que nous n’avions que 2 peignoirs au lieu de 4… dommage. Nous en avons réclamé mais qu’on ne nous a jamais donnés….nous sommes ravis de notre séjour mais notre chambre ne correspondait pas tout à fait à nos attentes. Les lits n’étaient pas assez grands….

Déçu de cet hôtel qui se prêtant 5 étoiles, L’hôtel est un beau bâtiment qui a première vu propose un service de qualité mais quand on commence à regarder de plus près beaucoup d’inconvénients viennent sur la liste , j’ai remarqué à plusieurs reprise que les draps étaient tachés et troués , le matelas également taché protégé d’un simple drap léger. Il y a 3 piscines , celle de l’extérieur ou tout l’hôtel y a accès est sale ,( présence de mousse dans les filtres de nettoyage , petits cailloux dans la piscine ) et ne correspond pas vraiment au photo paraît beaucoup plus grande en photo ! l’accès à la piscine du haut demande par personne 50 euros de consommation au restaurant de celle ci mais est très souvent complète donc accès presque impossible. Le petit déjeuner est correcte et serveurs plutôt sympa. Autre petit bémol qui n’est pas forcément la faute de l’hôtel mais à savoir , énormément de travaux autour de l’hôtel , l’après midi à la piscine forcément présence de bruit et vu sur les grues ! Et pour finir ce qui a été compliqué pour nous est que aucun personnel de l’hôtel ne fait d’effort pour parler français ! A part bien sur quelques salariés français mais c’est un minimum dans l’hôtel !

Lovely five star hotel with lots to do around. Staff were polite and very helpful and would go out of their way to help. Lots of options at breakfast. Some of the restaurants/facilities were closed. Shower at the indoor pool is disappointing, needs attention and Air-conditioning unit was not working so the room was a bit warm. A fan was brought to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Right from check in to check out the staff were very friendly but efficient. We had Opal lounge and all the staff were very polite and accommodating with any requirements. The Paranga restaurant staff very very welcoming and service was excellent. We were not happy with the manager at Waterbiscuit restaurant, he was very arrogant.

This hotel is horrible. Dark little rooms, buried 7 floors below sunlight - that is the garden rooms here. Pool is tiny and inadequate, nestled next down to a skyscraper under construction, worker leering over your wife as she bathes. Smells of damp in the rooms. Staff are however nice and you make the best of it. Terrible music playing everywhere

Für Leute die Party machen wollen ist das ganz ok Aber ein Deposit zu verlangen für das Zimmer und es hat nicht mal eine Minibar obwohl das lt. Beschreibung da sein sollte finde ich daneben. Das Casino im eigenen Haus ist die Krönung unfreundlicher geht es nicht, noch nie ein Casino erlebt wo die Mitarbeiter dermassen unfreundlich waren Nie wieder dieses Casino und Hotel
