Très decus .. Ce n'était pas du tout la chambre que l'on avait demandé .. La chambre, pas propre.. Le service après 20h est pas approprié.. Pour le reste, pas grand chose à ajouter..

This was a beautiful stay in a historic looking house. It was easy to find with free parking and delicious breakfast. Shower was nice with hot water after a long day of exploring NL. Bed was comfortable. I recommend it.

The whole place was gorgeous. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch as well.

Me and my son had a great time. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean and quiet. Also, gorgeous 100 year old house.

Sehr zuvorkommende und überaus freundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Check in Vorgang. Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wunderschöner Parkettboden! Da ich vor der Frühstückszeit abreisen musste bekam ich sogar frisch gebackene Muffins als Proviant am Vorabend. Toller Service!

Stayed here several times in the past and had a great experience, however this time was a disappointment. The room is in need of a good cleaning and the tub was filthy. Wouldn’t hurt to change some Burnt out lightbulbs around the room also. The glasse were dirty and stains are n then. Definitely not the accommodations you would expect for this kind of money.

Great little old school Newfoundland property. The staff were excellent and well prepared. Served breakfast in the dining room was fantastic. The Quidi Vidi room was small but worked for me. 20-25 minute walk to George St or $10 cab ride. Great little Manor!

Staff member was loud and swearing, on phone with friend. Felt uncomfortable being there. Was only there 20 minutes and left did not stay overnight.

Hi Cody. It is inexcusable if that was the case while you were checking in and getting settled. I am very sorry this was your experience. Leaside Manor is known for being a quiet and relaxing place to stay, and loudness and swearing is not tolerated from the staff or from our guests. In the future, please let us or wherever you are staying know if there is anything wrong, so we can have the opportunity to address the issue and make things right.

The room was clean and the staff responded to any concerns promptly. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The staff in the facility were overall friendly, welcoming and attentive. The exterior of the property needs a little TLC.

The stay was nice and clean. As shown in the photos. The vibe is old and rustic with wonderful staff. Not much in breakfast for vegetarians but the staff did accommodate.

I am absolutely disgusted by the dirt in the Jelly Bean suite. It is not peak season where cleaners aren’t rushed. It’s down time. So much time for thorough cleaning. Hair and dirt on toilet, ceiling fan caked with dust, dust and dirt on heater, something spilled on ledge around tub, something spilled on doorway into bathroom and so much more. I have pictures and videos. I loved the reviews stating how clean this place was but I very strongly disagree. Beautiful place but it’s a shame. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone. What is supposed to be a nice relaxing night is a night where we feel like our skin is crawling.
