The beds sheets were not clean. The mattress had urine spots on it. The bathtub looked like it wasn't cleaned for weeks. The towel had burn spots. It took forever to warm up because all the heat was going out underneath the door. THEY tried to take another $37.00 of my card!!!!

Cherice, you and your brother are not allowed back onto the property. You and Purnell tried this same scam last year with bogus reviews and pictures of a different property for a refund.

Stayed there 2x. Nice room. Check in was smooth. There is a 60.00 deposit if you pre pay but you get it back when you return key. If you pay with cc as a walk up then you don’t have to pay deposit. Easy to hop on and off 95. Decent for a night stay. I’ll go back there. That’s for sure.

Very unprofessional most of the workers stay there n do drugs, the receptionist is very rude…when I booked my reservation it accidentally went to another hotel with the same city name and it took a little min before me and a Expedia worker realized which we immediately resolved that issue and I immediately got back onto the app and reserved the right location after standing in the office all morning tryna figure out the situation by this time it was shift change and the female which resides there was completely unprofessional she immediately after showing proof that I was tryna book my room I was still told that I had to pay a extra 19.57 on top of the 77.00 that was finally pulled up in the system upon realizing why it wasn’t then also a 60 deposit that’s not required when reservation thru Expedia….after I was overcharged I was finally able to go back into the room where there was no tissue or wash cloths after asking for some I was told I should’ve gotten it when house keeping came thru so me n my daughter had to go buy tissue and wash cloths got when it was time to check out I called my friend to come help me check out because I had a lot of stuff to take and I actually have a bad knee that I couldn’t put pressure on they came to my room around 8-9 am and the MANAGER said I couldn’t have my deposit back because I left a balance of 20$ I offered to pay he say no and took my deposit then said I had too many people in my room when no one stayed there but my daughter

Room was clean and neat. Smallest soap bar I have ever seen, terrible! And the thinnest towel I have ever seen, terrible! Liked the place other than those two things.

We're service I have ever experienced. We checked in late and the lady was sitting in the middle of the office and would not come to the window and talk to us. Very disrespectful. Would never ever go back there again.

Room smelt like straight cigarettes the whole night. The plugs were loose couldn’t charge my phone. Toilet and shower had stains. Only provided 1 bar of soap, 2 rags and 2 face towels. No body towels. The air conditioning was missing buttons, was very loud all night and didn’t really cool down the room. Worst hotel experience.

Great staff but bad room condition.
The staff was great. The problem we had were things like what looked like black mold above the shower head, ceiling tiles in bad shape, chairs I didn’t want to sit on because they were so badly stained. Bed seemed to be in bad shape as well.

We had to wait forever to be helped to check in. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were not clean. The floor was grimy. The whole place was in very poor condition. I would NOT recommend.

Room smelled of mildew. There were roaches and flies, was not clean. Dressers had thick layer of funky pain over them, lights didn’t work, bed was detached and pushed over from headboard. Toilet was child sized, shower was gross.

We parked our car. We were told to pull into the entrance next to the office. We were greeted with a window and did our transaction at the window. The pool was closed, no coffee. We were handed our key. The rooms need taken care of. There was a dim light by the sink and couldn't see. The pool was closed and that was the reason we wanted to be here.

Old girl, new dress
Room looked newly painted although trim was new it looked placed after it was painted and old trim removed leaving a line showing old paint.? Room was clean. Bed clean and comfortable. Towels looked like something out of my rag bag. Stained, dingy and thin....check in was pleasant.
