This property is older, the lobby are has been nicely upgraded but not really the rooms. Everything was clean and beds/pillows were comfy. The lobby area, because of building design, can be kinda looud.

Was super close to a concert venue at the Gillioz theatre. Safe and close walking distance. Really only bad things were that there was not a working ice maker on the 2nd floor. And, i dont know if all rooms were set up the same, but the shower was set up for someone handicapped. Wich is great. Except, the shower head was set up about chest high. So, you had to hold the shower head, wich completely came off while trying to use it. Nice thought, but impracticable with the stiff line that comes from the water source. Will come off again on the next person. A line that is softer would probably keep the shower head from unscrewing. All that said, i would definitely use your facility again.

The pool was fun. I wished they had a microwave / mini fridge and wish they had cots in demand. The woman who checked us in was very quick, but not very friendly.

Our room was not ready for check in when we arrived. They called us around 6 PM to let us know it was ready. Rooms were pretty clean but very dated. Restaurant was almost self serve. Only 1person waiting on tables and he was also the bartender. Tables were not cleaned and wiped off from prior guests. Food was very average at that. Waited 30 minutes or more for refill of tea and lemonade. Had to ask for silverware. Other guest just got their own. Staff we dealt with was not all that friendly. Coffee shop staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend eating in coffee shop not restaurant. Feel a few changes need to be made.

For the price expected more. There was no fridge or microwave. Bathrooms outdated. Could not even get a hair dryer in time to use before we had to leave. Will not stay again.

Rented three rooms, all three rooms on the same hall just doors apart. One room was very nice, the other two were just OK. Coffee makers in the bathroom. And one bathtub would not drain. I guess you never know what room you’re gonna get

Everything was great except the heat in our room did not work. We were in room 423. The only reason we didn’t contact the front desk was because it was so late at night when we got back from the concert, we were tired and it never warmed up in the room. Also we knew the hotel was incredibly full.

Great customer service, rundown hotel
Customer service was 10 out of 10. Check-in was fast and everything was explained. My car battery died during the night and maintenance came and gave me a jump. However, hotel is a little rundown. Lots of stains on the carpets. Looks like somebody tried to break in the door to our room just not what you expected For a place like this

Convenient reservation through Expedia and that secured a fair price. The locator this hotel is convenient for downtown. While it’s a very nice property, it seems be lacking in maintenance. The room I had is overdue for a refresh with worn/stained carpet and tired shower facilities.

The hotel is okay. The room had gross spots all over the rugs. The bathrooms are very outdated. My room was uncomfortably hot. I tried using the air control to cool it down but it did not cool down. The air unit sounded like it was broken. It sounded like it was about to break out of the wall. I could not sleep, talk or listen to the tv with the air going. And it had to stay on to have airflow to cool down the room just slightly.

Just disappointed
Hotel needs to be updated. Room had water stains and disgusting shower conditions. Key card system was down. NEVER received a key for the room.
