« The trip lasted about six days and went very well. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff who would be very helpful and answer all my questions. The cleaning staff were extremely nice and thankful for keeping our hotel room clean along with stocked with the essentials. Overall, this trip wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without the wonderful staff. »

« The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The staff member the night we checked in was fantastic! He saw us walking around the building to check in and allowed us in a back door. The morning desk worker had to take her blue tooth earbuds out to hear questions which felt very unprofessional. It would be nice to have non-dairy milk and creamer options available. »

« The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. « I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy.
