Request a cancellation due to the fact that the room was improper. Tv was broken, room was stinky, and they couldn’t accommodate a different room. They said they canceled the reservation.

Ne correspond pas à la note d’expéditif un peu déçu d mon séjour très cher payer pour ce que c’était je n’y retournerais pas la chambre était supposé être pour 5 personnes adultes les lits étaient plus petit qu’un lit double, sans parler des morceaux de plafond qui s’émiettaient …. L’entretien des toilettes laissaient à désirer… Et les oreillers étaient tout jaune , le papier peint décolle à plusieurs places je pense ça manque d’amour .

If the room with 2 double beds does not fit what you need, I would recommend booking our suite which has a king bed and a pull-out couch as well as some more space to move around. We have stayed in this hotel for a few years. But no more. Something has drastically changed. We stayed 3 nights and couldn’t get our room cleaned once. No staff at the front desk. It seemed it was run by kids. Anyways. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

There was a dirty sock under the bed. There were not enough pillows, towels or shampoo/shower gel. We had to ask for extra and they got delivered later. Then housekeeping came in the next day and took everything out!! We left a day early. Breakfast was inedible and they ran out of coffee. There are not enough staff working in the hotel. This is not what we expected from a Hampton Inn. Very disappointed.

Always a good stay here. Pool and hot tub are great. Entire hotel is clean. Close to the mall and a ton of shopping and dining options. Close to main highway access as well.

The man checking in was incredibly rude and slammed a door in my face. The main reason we picked the hotel was the pool and hot tub. Both were green with no hint of chlorine smell. Mildew on every surface. Looked like a large blood spot by the hot tub. Absolutely filthy. No pool towels to be found. The room was worst. Everything was dirty. Literal piles of dirt. Went to take a shower and there was a massive hair ball in the tub. No joke rat sized. We actually left after only a few hours. First time ever leaving a hotel. I didn’t want to touch anything. The guy that checked us out was the only saving grace. He was very sweet and apologetic.

I got a bite on my hand when I woke up my hand was itching - there are no bed bug covers on mattresses and no covers on pillows under cases and although I haven’t found a bed bug that doesn’t mean they are not hiding

Very easy check in.. I appreciated that. Our bathroom had real dirty walls, chunks of blown nose (boogers? ) on walls. Ceiling paint was pealing big time in shower. Shower worked ok. We used the hot tub about an hour before it closed and they had no towels in the pool area at all. It was busy that night but we went back to our room wet. The trash was piled high and falling over outside the rear main entrance making you wonder it anyone cared.
