Didn't get the room we booked and then the room we were in was right next to a room with a huge dog so then got moved into another room

The room was very dirty. In the microwave area it appeared to have mold on the wall. Shower was damaged and hardly cleaned. Staff was very nice. Very unpleasant stay and had no option to stay at that location.

The bed was comfortable and the hot water worked. The guy who checked me in was helpful, as well as the new girl. Otherwise, i wouldn't recommend this place. The manager was a horrible person, at one point, they blocked the stairs for cement patchwork, & I thought I was in the ghetto given the way the property looked. It was nothing like the pictures. Avoid this place!

It was the most affordable option during Holy Week, expensive beyond comprehension since a week later same room will be $100. Old, outdated, dirty, no hot water shower, squeaky beds, empty hand soap dispenser, area near canal was grass barren n dark. Was charged a “convenience” fee of $5 per room but didn’t know of that til check in. Parking spaces were way to close to one another, not much room to pull in or out of. Make sure you pack an armored vest n extra ammo.

the staff was polite. For the price it's not bad if you don't mind having people around it smoking marijuana, apparently there are only a few people who live there permanently. There was mold in the bathroom. We used the dryer only one day and it came out smelling like a dog. the location is fine. The staff was really friendly. but there are things to improve...
