Superbe séjour !!
Superbe séjour ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre est propre et spacieuse et le balcon est très appréciable. Quant au rooftop avec son jaccuzi.... Incroyable !!! Le petit déjeuner est bon et le bar de bonne qualité avec une terrasse commune très jolie et un jeu de fléchettes sympa. L'hôtel est bien placé, à 15-20 minutes à pieds du centre, un bus dont l'arrêt qui est devant l'hôtel vous y emmène aussi, cependant, les horaires ne sont pas du tout respectés et ne passe que 2 fois/heure. En revanche, la literie n'est pas très confortable, trop dur (mais ce n'est qu'un gout perso) et l'hôtel est assez bruyant donc pensez aux boules quies ! Je recommande et reviendrai sans hésiter !!

Séjour magnifique avec excursions magnifiques. Le personnel était très accueillants 😁 hôtel très bien situé à 1 km du centre par contre soyez vigilant sur la route beaucoup de circulation.

3 étoiles corrects.
Hotels à 30 mins à pied (attention petite partie sans trottoir) de la marina et 15-20 de l'entrée de la rue commerçante de Sorrente. Pratique si on ne veut pas prendre la voiture (même s'il faut compter supplément de 15e par jour pour garantir sa place devant l'hôtel) car il est cher et difficile de se garer en ville. Balcon vue sur mer, par contre route très passante très bruyante gros traffic comme sur toute la côte d'ailleurs. Plage privée à 2 mins à pied assez agréable. Petit déjeuner insuffisant dans une salle pas trop accueillante je trouve mais vous pouvez emporter plateau pour manger sur le balcon de votre chambre. Accueil OK. Je pense qu'il est possible de faire des nouveaux aménagements pour rentre l'hôtel encore plus agréable.

L’hôtel est à pied du centre-ville pour les personnes aimant marcher. Sinon, le bus arrête juste devant l’hôtel et c’est environ 1.6 euro / personne. Bel accueil et excellent service. Merci particulièrement à Stefano pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.

Charming hotel and amazing staff !
We spent 5 nights at Hotel Britannia and were extremely happy with our stay there ! The hotel is located in a calm area, yet it only takes a 10 minutes walk to reach the the city center. The hotel is very charming and the room perfectly clean and comfortable, being there really felt like home :) What definitely made a big difference during our stay was the excellent service / staff. A special mention to Stefano, who helped us through our whole stay at the hotel and gave us great advice (tours, restaurants, beaches...) I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again if I go back to Sorrento

Beautiful clean hotel with staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel was immaculate in every area. Lovely sunny roof terrace with jacuzzi and ground floor gardens next to the bar. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Very nice boutique family run Hotel, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly! Rooms are large and traditional to the area, views of the city and ocean are insanely good! There is a Rooftop deck with a Hot Tub and a patio which we took tons of pictures. The hotel is walkable to the city, but there is also a bus that stops in front!!! Family of 5 would definitely recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Hotel Britannia. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The staff were excellent. If we had any questions about the area and where to go, they were happy to help and provide recommendations. They made our stay comfortable! The location was great as well as the hotel was directly in front of a bus stop to get to the town centre of Sorrento. There were no complaints. Would certainly stay here again if we were to come back to Sorrento!

We had an amazing experience during our stay at hotel Britannia. The staff was always pleasant and helpful they went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay truly memorable experience. We traveled with our 8 month old baby Enzo received so much love from the staff. The hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious and the views from the hotel are truly incredible! Especially from the terrace. They assisted with booking tours and great restaurant recommendations! You must stay at this hotel if you visit Sorrento! You will not regret it! Our special gratitude to Giuseppe and his dad they truly made our trip to Sorrento unforgettable!

Het hotel vonden we best wel goed, op 1 km wandelen van het centrum. Wel even wandelen over gevaarlijke weg. Het ontbijt was gewoon ok voor Italië. De jacuzzi was heerlijk, ontzettend warm. Onze auto hadden we voor het hotel geparkeerd. Maar ze rekenden ons hier achteraf 20 euro per dag extra aan, wat we wel veel vonden, omdat je ook dit bedrag in de stad betaald. En hier moest je toch een half uur wandelen.

The front desk staff is amazing. So pleasant and smiling. I would recommend staying here. It’s 20 minute walk to downtown but I never got sick of it bc the view was incredible.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended great swimming grotto. Bus stop is convenient located in front of hotel, although we were able walk into town center for dinner. (Road is busy) Serves a great Buffett breakfast. The rooftop terrace views and hot tub is a perfect place to relax.

You can hear other rooms even moving in their room. No fan in the washroom!! Washroom window open which makes night sleep hard because of the noise. There was no new toilet paper in the room when we got there!! After room service they did not add a new toilet paper or shampoo Towels quality awful Breakfast was descent No sidewalk around the hotel so not a safe commute to the city center You can find better places for the price

The Hotel Brittania was just what we needed for our stay near Sorrento. It was conveniently located on a bus route (city center of Sorrento is about 1.5 miles away), and there is an excellent restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. The front desk staff was exemplary! Great bar service, and a nice terrace where you can enjoy your drinks. The rooms are a bit basic but the bathroom was fine and the beds were comfortable.

I booked this hotel based on other reviews, the building is situated on the hill about 10-15mins walk from Sorrento town, Stefano and the crew are most accomodating and very friendly and will even help arrange trips to Amalfi, Positano and Capri. On top of the hotel are sunbeds and a jacuzzi and great view of Vesuvius. The free breakfast buffet was great. In the evenings it is nice to sit in the lemon garden by the bar. Overall this hotel is superb value and should I return Sorrento I would defininately stay here again :-)

Lovely hotel about a mile from centre of sorrento. Clean and well kept. Staff very helpful. Bus stop right outside hotel. If walking from the hotel there is no path close by. You have to walk on the road for a short distance on a busy road. Continental breakfast is good. No kettles in rooms for making hot drinks

Fantastic hotel, very clean, very very helpful staff, the man that runs the hotel is so helpful when you are trying to organise your day. Breakfast is fantastic. The hot tub on the terrace whilst looking at Mt Vesuvius is the icing on the cake. Would come back in a heartbeat

Amazing staff
Probably the nicest staff & customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were so kind & always giving recommendations for good food or things to do and I could tell they genuinely cared and wanted us to have a good time. The walk up and down was a bit worrisome at times because there’s a portion without a sidewalk and cars will go flying down the roads.
