A part la belle vue et la gentillesse du personnel il n'y a rien dans cet hotel qui justifie le prix : restaurant bas de gamme et menu composé des produits industriels et congeles. Le petit déjeuner est egalement immangeable, que des produits industriels et du premiers prix! Une piscine ancienne et ne permet pas d'en profiter de la vue !! Les serviettes a la piscine sont payantes, vraiment honteux pour un hotel si chers!! Et l'hotel ne fournie pas des articles de toilettes : schampoo gel douche..., Bref a part la vue ,un hotel chers et trés ancien!

Une très belle vue pour le Belair
L'hotel dispose uniquement de chambres vues mer remarquables. Notre chambre était correcte, disposait d'un petit balcon (certaines disposent d'une terrasse), la qualité des oreillers et l'absence de shampoing étant les seuls points négatifs. La salle de restaurant offre également une vue exceptionnelle, le buffet petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité et le restaurant est correct.

Vue spectaculaire sur la golfe de Naples. Très bon petit déjeuner. Atmosphère luxe de la belle époque. Idéal pour un séjour romantique. 10 min à pied du centre ville. Sorrento est une ville très agréables, pleine de bar et de très bons restaurant. Bon service de transport en commun (bateau, bus, train) pour se passer de la voiture. La déco de notre chambre était trop basique. Il manquait des cadres... Double vitrage avec de la buée/poussière à l'interieur.

Un réel plaisir.
Séjour agréable, hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Sorrente ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au parking ( impossible de se garer en ville et embouteillage permanent) Compte tenu de l'architecture, à flanc de falaise, toutes les chambres sont vue-mer. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié (ne pas hésiter à demander ce que l'on ne voit pas en self-service: Oeufs brouillés, capuccino...). Le français est pratiqué par une partie du personnel, ce qui est assez pratique. La piscine est agréable mais l'exposition de l'hôtel ne permet pas de s'y baigner avec le soleil en fin d'après-midi de retour de nombreuses visites alentours: Pompéi, Ercolano, Capri, Cumes, La Solfatara, Puzzuoles, Positano... Très belle région!

L'hotel a l'avantage de donner directement sur la mer sans aucune passage de route et les chambres avec balcon sont confortables. Environ 12mn de marche de la place Tasso ou de Marina Grande avec un trottoir rendant le trajet agréable et sans risques. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet malgré un jus d'orange "italien" donc un peu trop chimique -compensé par une vue assez fabuleuse-. La piscine est agréable, l'exposition entrainant des zones d'ombre après 16h. Wifi et parking gratuits très appréciables. Un bon rapport qualité prix et un personnel efficace malgré un week-end "complet". Une bonne adresse pour visiter la très belle côte Amalfitaine et ses petites routes..bien encombrées.

Hotel Belair is right outside of center of Sorrento. We loved the room and views amazing! Breakfast needs some work. Cold pancakes and not a large enough selection of hot food.We had gotten in very late one night they were so helpful in bringing us room service at 2 am.

This hotel is all about the view. The room was ok by European standards. The plans was understaffed, possibly because we were approaching the end of the season. The priciest of our several hotel stays, it was the least special. We had to chase down someone to serve us at the pool. The housekeeper did not replace shampoo etc or coffee. The bright spot was the dining room and staff there.

Hotel staff was polite but not personable. Not 5 star service. We had issues getting to the hotel, but they hotel couldn't do anything to help booking car services despite multiple asks. The rooms were small and decorations were not up to 5 star standard. The restauarnt was excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Belair. We chose an ocean view room with a balcony and it was breathtaking. The hotel is a bit dated perhaps, but to us that was part of its charm. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating during our stay. The restaurant eating area (also used for a spectacular complimentary buffet breakfast) overlooks the ocean and the Sorrento harbor, offering some of the best views in all of Sorrento. There is a small but inviting pool that gets plenty of morning sun. The walk into downtown Sorrento is a short 15 minutes and we really enjoyed that every day. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again in the future.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service we were given was outstanding! We didn’t come across one individual who wasn’t kind and inviting. The hotel is well-maintained and extremely clean! It offers that genuine Italian feel and that’s the whole purpose of going to Italy. The breakfast buffet is excellent quality and delightful! The staff is very attentive to any of your needs. We sat on the balcony every morning, looking at the water, drinking our coffee and enjoying existing at this property. It’s a small walk to the city center, maybe 10 minutes. The walk is easy and safe. We did end up renting a scooter from the scooter shop that we passed on our first day of walking to the city center. We found this to be more accommodating for us. Our dinner reservations were on the other side of Sorrento. The hotel offers a gated parking area where your scooter is kept safe through the night. We most definitely would stay here again! It’s a great hotel that’s not in the heart of the city center, but close enough to where you get to enjoy a more calm, relaxing atmosphere and a short walk to all of the tourist sites, restaurants, shopping, etc…

The tiling surfaces around the entrance just off the car park we’re also slippery in the wet. All in all a super base for exploring Sorrento and the surrounding area with the calm of being a little out of the centre.

Hotel Belair is the hidden gem of Sorrento! It offers the best views of Sorrento, the sea and Mt. Vesuvius. The staff is super welcoming, excellent service, and very clean and confortable rooms. Loved having breakfast at their balcony and the pool just take your breath away. Everything is walking distance, and they even have a private staircase to the marina, where you can enjoy delicious sea food. Loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

The staff was friendly and the view from the hotel/room is amazing. However, we did not sleep well because of how noisy our room was and the bed could use an upgrade (was very hard.) You could consistently hear chairs scrapping across the floor and people talking, so we wore head phones/ear plugs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a good time.
