« We booked this property since we had a wedding nearby. It is a lovely spot right on the ocean, with its own cenote. The place was private, clean, and had ample space for a large family or group of friends. Many beds available, A/C, swimming pool, options for chef and babysitters. Not super luxurious but that's not that the place is about. Would definitely recommend it, and may even look to book it again in the future. »

« This piece of property on the beach lived up to its listing. From the amenities on site, to the beautiful beach, the helpfulness of staff and manager on site, and all of the additional options (recommend the chef Beto, Lulu's massage service, and the shuttle service). « The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. « Jose was easy to communicate with and helped us out with all extra services. Pool was nice and large bedrooms. Our children enjoyed the bikes provided too. Home is well located in gated playacar with security on the street outside Home could have been cleaner when we arrived, new filters in AC units and dryer and home does not have CENTRAL AC only split units so main spaces and living areas are difficult to keep cool especially in the hot Mexico temps. »

« The house is absolutely perfect. Huge rooms, each 1 with its own bath. The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. « The property itself was awesome, very clean and safe. The concierge and staff were very responsive and very helpful. We booked too late for the chef service though, so I'd inquire about that before you book, as we had to hire a driver for meals and there is nothing close, as you are remote at this location, even just to get to the beach you have to drive. But overall a great experience! »

« Un séjour au-delà de nos attentes. Tout était parfait, emplacement de rêve, propreté etc… et surtout la grande gentillesse de Alma (cette gentille dame nous faisais un super brunch chaque matin , elle faisait le ménage etc… et c’était comme de la magie car on se rendait à peine compte de sa présence. « Man, I can not say enough about this property and overall experience. We had a fabulous time and everyone we communicated with went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From the arranged airport pick up to the stocked fridge, and taxi arrangements, the communication was top notch. The area felt very safe and secure. Check in/out gates were always manned and there was plenty do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the pool clean… I could go on and on. We hope to visit again...

« Nice, clean and safe property, was a bit challenging to find the property in the dark. Location was great, short walk to the beach, and to the street market. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was in great shape. Family enjoyed the pool to cool down in. The music from the restaurant close by got a bit loud a couple times during the day, but it was to be expected from the location of the condo. Property owner was awesome to communicate with. I would definitely stay again. »
