I liked the pools and the slide. The beach was neat but not like some of the nicer beaches. The staff were very nice and sincere. They helped with any problems. The area looked nice. I didn’t like that the WiFi wasn’t very good. Or the fact that trash brought ants real quick to the property. I wish it had been cleaned while we were out of the room. I enjoyed getting food brought to us for dinner.

Terrible hotel
The staff here is really good but the hotel it self is terribly bad be careful not to leave any food around the ants will fill the room soon. They say daily cleaning but usually you have to ask them to clean. Be careful to take shower early because they shut down the water sometimes in the evening. And the shower has no water power you have to use the water bucket in the shower. I will definitely never stay there again 😞😞😞

Overall thumbs up
Had my Wedding reception here. Booked the whole place. Reasonable price. The staff did a great job helping us and made some extra effort in cleaning the place up. For the area it is nice. It’s sort of rural Philippines so being that as it may it is above expectations. If they maintain a high standard of cleanliness especially around the beach area it will continue to be successful.

Erg mooie Beach Resort met goexekamers en goed groot zwembad. Het zwembad ligt de hele dag in de zon geen schaduw. Maar geen zonne bedjes

It’s nice hotel because it’s clise to the beach but the thing is the water on the the washroom especially on rhe shower and toilet tank has water limited..

Bad stay
The restaurant was closed, the cook fled the hotel. The pool was not maintenanced, ladders and stairs were slimy and extreme slippery, so that I fall and injured arm ,leg and backbone. No one of the hotel cares for it.. Breakfast only Philippines. In the room for up to four persons only one chair, the aircon was loud. Not to recommend! The only highlight was the Borussia Restaurant, 900 Meters away from the resort

Needs a lot of improvement
Sad to say, the place didn't make us feel comfortable. Resorts or resthouses must deliver basic comfort, that's just it. The room didn't look made over, the bathroom was filthy. There was no lifeguard for the pool, hence, unsafe. Hopefully they will improve the place and service, cos the location has potential.

従業員は鍵を渡すのみ、水は出なくなることあるが対応は早い。蚊が多い。wifiは遅い。プールは並。しかし、トラブルがあったのか泳ぐと注意されました。部屋は綺麗。クーラーの効きも良い。ご飯には困る、OPENの札があるレストランには従業員は誰一人いない。そこそこ快適ですが値段の割にはうーん。って感じです。

I think there is no problem.
Until late at night, karaoke singing, noisy! I can not sleep quietly. The restaurant is low level. But it is the best location. I also like the pool. Bad place, if you do not mind, there is no problem! ! The price is also cheap.The level of the restaurant is low.

Try it!
The guard was very helpful and very hospitable. He was always on the look out for customers needs more than the rest of the staff available at the resort during our stay. I also saw him bonding with some other guests while they offer him some food and drinks. You should give him a raise!

Mold on the shower curtains
The employees was great, but the conditions at the hotel were terrible. The owner need to renovate if he want foreigners to vacation at there resort. I paid to much money for a hotel that was not even standard.

Dont go here!
Blame the owner, not the staff! How can they give the staff responsibilities that they dont have trayning for? Restaurant is terrible, some examples: They serve same sauce to everything, kitchen just have 1 sauce, happends to be EXACTLY the same as the hamburgerbar outside. They cook French Fries instead of heating up the oil enough. It was soaking of oil and served with the sauce above... No te for breakfast, no bread for breakfast, just rice and one egg. Will not continue but i could go on.... Pool... dirty...a man started to clean day one, stopped after ten minutes, left the cleaning things in the pool and went away. We didnt see him anymore during our 3 day stay. Room cleaning......no. Wi-FI.... of course not working Staff gives you the feelings that you are not welcome. One boy was working, a young guy who was in the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning the area and so on, the rest of the staff was a joke. Girls in restaurant..... the women who seemed to be maneger..... the man with his Cooks in the garden...... poolkeeper...... Give them trayning or close down! Ok, are we old, grumsy and are looking for 5 Star service? No, we are a very travel experienced family that are used to almost anything. This time on a 8 week Asia tour. And by the way, why do you have signs everywhere? Dont go on the Grass, Leave shoes, Privat area, Clean up etc. etc? It really makes the guests feel not welcome!

Thank you for your comments. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We will take your comments into account and hopefully it will help us improve in serving you better. As for the food in the restaurant we do have different sauces for different meals. It depends on the food that you order. In fact this is the 2nd branch to open in the province. For breakfast we don't just serve rice and one egg. It is actually a set breakfast that comes with a meat dish. If you were just served rice and egg than rest assured that we will find out what went wrong. Regarding the WIFI we have already contacted our ISP. As for the signs they are actually there for your safety and of others. People tend to run around the pool, tend to go where they are not supposed to and sometimes deface our trees and plants. Again we do apologize and hopefully we can do better for our next guests.
