I spent 3 nights in a twin renovated room located on the 5oo floor. The room was tidy, warm and comfortable. The rooms comes with a nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods are provided on a daily base. In addition to 2 small bottles of mineral water are provided everyday. Last but not least the rooms comes with a fridge which is a much appreciated plus.

Old and loud.
The hotel is very old and the tub is so deep and slippery. I was so scared of taking a shower. At night time there was partying and drinking until dawn. It gets so loud we couldn’t sleep. And in the morning trucks come by to collect alcohol bottles from the street.

Posizione centralissima ad un passo da tutto, camera al 7mo piano con vista sulla città top, hotel buono, peccato solo non aver avuto la colazione inclusa (anche se comunque in camera c'era un minibar per potersi fare un espresso con capsule incluso nel prezzo).

It’s at least a bed to sleep in.
It’s a bed to sleep in…. The entrance to the hotel is very nice. Then you get in your room and there are major stains all over the carpet, holes in the wall, smears of “something” on the wall, tape over power outlets, etc. it is centrally located and the staff were very friendly.

Nope.
This hotel is a disaster. It seems like it is a run down old apartment building or rooming house.It is no lobby. The ceiling at the front desk had a 6x6 foot hole in it. The only thing LGTB about it was the wallpaper in the elevator. The rooms are old - nothing has been renovated. There was no hot water in the shower.

Das Hotel verströmt den Charme des 70er Jahre Sozialismus. Die Ausstattung ist genügend. Das Badezimmer eher karg. Das Zimmer sauber. Balkon mit guter Aussicht. Lage super zentral mitten in der Stadt. Kein Hotel für ein romantisches Wochenende, aber ideal für einen 2-Tage Städtetrip in Sofia.
