"The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back."

The area is close to downtown Bristol and the ocean. Karina and Peter were great hosts and were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this rental!"

"We are from the Midwest and were in Rhode Island to tour colleges. We treated the trip as a mini-vacation. The house is spacious with three levels. It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well. "We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. We enjoyed the night view from the top of the boat. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. It was a cool enough night that we opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air all...
