No bugs and the room seamed clean. Room was dark and furniture was worn down. Only had one ice machine and it did not work. Some of the staff did not speak English. Overpriced for the stay.

Be aware, the free wireless applies only to cell phones. Never stayed in a hotel anywhere where it was necessary to make a call and then enter a lengthy PW number to get access to the internet with a laptop. Ice machine was not working. Looked like it had not been working for some time. Of course I was told they then called to have someone to repair after we were leaving. The cleaning team used cleaning items that left an unsatisfactory odor that hung in the air. You may need to do stretches before you use the stool which was perfect height for a five year old.

5 day stay. Given wrong key card. Not vacuumed once. Had to request room cleaning. No maid staff at all one day. Called desk for towels and was told to come and get them as (Sahil) played computer at the desk. Asked for towels and was told no, tomorrow when room gets cleaned. Wall by tub shoddily repaired. Toilet base broken. Only 1 lamp on night tables. Thin rough towels. Wash towel literally ripped in half while using. Pool floor is chipping badly and unsafe. Pool got treated AFTER we swam one morning, not overnight.

Was a place to stay
Walking in to check in seemed nice. When we got to the room it smelled strongly of chlorine. The room couldnt keep temp, it was either too hot or too cold. The beds are hard. Pillows are flat. Shower has good pressure, but there were hairs in the shower upon arrival. There is not hot tub and the pool is in dire need of help. It worked for what we needed, but would not be a place i would bring a family.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. Staff did not know what a roll away bed was and did not speak English very well. I had to request to speak to the manager and it took him 3 calls to somebody before I got results. The property was clean but it seemed like they were doing repairs and "updates" themselves so it didn't look "polished".

No elevator
A great place to stay. Rooms are larger with good showers. The breakfast is very good. Plenty to places to eat close by. The only down side is no elevator to the second floor and you can't turn off closed captioning on the TV. All in all, a great place for the money.

It was ok. Check in was a little difficult but we had been driving all day and it was late. Communication barriers. There are no elevators. My husband is on dialysis and therefore this was an issue but they did switch our room. Room was large. Just an old hotel.

The guy at the desk was friendly but very hard to understand. I had a fly in my room and I asked him if they had a fly swater and he thought I wanted water or a sweater.. the ice machine was broken. Breakfast was good..
