If you are looking for a place to sleep in and nothing else, this hotel is good for you. It's walkable from Novena station but it's quite a distance. Not too bad though. The rooms are small and feels quite cramped but it's comfortable enough for a good rest. The breakfast buffet was alright as well. In summary: It's decent.

Nothing unique. The rooms dull n banging on the doors. Aircon not cold took them 5 days to look into it. Will not stay there again

Very disappointed with the amenities provided, aside from having to request it! No hand towels, no soap(eco friendly reason?). As expected, room very small for twin beds!

快適です
部屋は小さいが、天井がたかく圧迫感はまったくなし。空調もよく効いて、きれいで静かで快適です。ＭＲＴの駅は、坂を10分ほど歩かなければいけませんが、それ以外は問題なし。朝食は高いので、近くのインド食堂を利用。

近期最差的體驗
沐浴間有十多二十隻小昆蟲在飛，有點嘔心。房間有異味，服務員用空氣清新劑噴了也是一樣，空氣不佳。之前已在這酒店住過十多次，今次感覺最差。

Amenities not up to specs. room for improvement
The hotel was acceptable. However, the most disappointing was the there was no bidet in the bathroom. It's 10 minutes walk to MRT Novena. The air conditioning was not working very well. On my first night, the power tripped and I was not aware till I tried to use the bathroom in the morning and realized none of the lights were working. Two days in a row, the choice of breakfast was far from satisfactoyr

Stayed one week
Place was a bit of a walk to the train station but not too bad. Bus stop less than 5 minutes from hotel. Noted some places that can be cleaned further on my first night, I mentioned this to the housekeeping staff who addressed it promptly. Hotel is more dated than in the pictures but staff has been lovely.

The room itself is quite basic, small but if you're out and about for most of the day then it's not that big of a deal. It's in a great location, walking distance from small shopping centres and public transport stops so you can get around easily.

Noisy otherwise a perfect hotel
It s a perfect place to stay in terms of location. The staff are friendly and provide very good service too. But almost every late night and also around1 am to 3 am people are talking loud along the corridor disturbing the sleep and peace. Cannot understand why those people stay at the corridor talking instead of going down to the lobby. The second night of our stay, a child was crying at around 11pm and then 3 am. We empathised. But then a lady started shouting very loud at the child like nobody s business. I did not have good sleep almost every night because of these noises from inconsiderable people. I hope the management would do something about this. Like advising guests conduct during the night. .
