Wonderful hotel in the heart of Singapore. Close to both CBD and Chinatown. Right next to Wework at 22 Cross Street and the Cross Street Exchange mall with good and affordable food options. Modern, super clean, great decor with lots of art work. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Property was fine. Meal service was mediocre at best. Also, at 10 AM called guest services and requested taxi for 12:00. Was told that it would be taken care of. Went to lobby at 11:45, doorman said he never got a request…..bad parting memory

Very much appreciative of the hotel staff letting me use the shower room facility since we landed in Singapore at 6am and allowed an early check when a room was available. Kitchenette was useful, easily walkable to many hawker centers. Only con is that the bathroom shower smelled a bit musty like it needed to be aired out more. Otherwise this was an overall great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Check-in is on the second floor but it was easy and quick. The concierge Supra? Subra? Not sure his name but he was a rockstar! He went above and beyond and was super nice and considerate. He helped me freshen up after a day of exploring and called a taxi for me to go back to the airport. Truly a wonderful experience.

Great area super convenient. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. The only thing that put me off is the open bathroom plan, if I wanted to hear my partners bowl movements everyday I’d stay home.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to Telok Ayer and Chinatown MRT stations. Room is large, universal power and usb points and kitchenette with filtered water tap are nice touches. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is new and in excellent condition. The room we had was large, with a kitchenette and great view. The room was very clean, and I am fussy about that. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers to Singapore. It is located very close to Chinatown and the financial district. We walked within 20 minutes to Clarke’s Quay, Marina Bay, etc. There is an MRT station just a couple of blocks away.

Literally the best!!
During the last three weeks, we visited seven different countries and can say this hotel was easily the best!! A perfect location, an early check in, a late check out, and we could go on and on. Would definitely stay there again.
