Easy and quick check in. Room very clean and particularly liked that the bathroom was separated from the sleeping area with a door so as to not disturb people still sleeping! Complimentary breakfast was excellent!

When we arrived we were given a room that had an obvious smoking odor. The receptionist didn’t believe us when we went downstairs to have our room changed. She did give us another room but said she would not do this again. The next day I spoke with the manager’s daughter who apologized for this and said the matter would be addressed. This was Disha who was very nice and helpful.

Very nice gal that checked us in however I specifically paid extra for a Mountain View and instead got a window that faces the hotel next door and all their smokers that stood outside of our window. Was so tired from traveling that I didn’t bother to fight about it. Nice big hot tubs, one inside and one outside. Breakfast was decent nothing crazy.

Check in lady was annoyed and did not acknowledge our concerns. Had us sign under someone else’s name. We came into our room freezing after skiing at 65 degrees at 4pm. However, the pool was beautiful with plants and hot tub was nice during snow fall, free breakfast, and spacious room.

Room seemed cleanish but smelled like coco butter gas station air freshener….. Strongly! They ran out of parking spots the one of the nights I stayed and they had me park in the abandoned restaurant across the street.(which explains why they ask you to put your name, phone #, plate # and room # on a clipboard d that sits on the countertop). Expensive especially on the weekends but so is everything on the mountain.

The floors are incredibly thin and you could hear the slightest move in the unit above. The heater didn’t function properly and would attempt to kick on every 45 mins and run for 30 seconds before turning off. The refrigerator powered all night. The entire building smelled musty.

Smoky from cigarettes
The room was “non-smoking” yet reeked of cigarettes and there was a small can for cigarette butts on the balcony. So clearly it wasn’t a non-smoking room. And nothing had been done to remove the smell. L

Stayed here before, it's an average placed.... I don't mean that in a derogatory manner... It doesn't suck, it isn't stellar ...if you need a place to stay while skiing and the price is around $100 check it out.... They have up graded the breakfast, when I was there it was eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, pastries etc. it used to be minimal.... Room was clean and comfy, stayed on the first floor and got hear everything above me...

This hotel delivered on cleanliness and a quick check in. The beds are comfortable and the climate control met our needs. This was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. I recommend it for a weekend ski trip. Not fancy, but everything you need from a hotel.
