Séjour très moyen dans cet hôtel
Bel hôtel avec belle piscine et salle de bain en pierre spacieuse. Le personnel sera toujours là pour repondre à vos besoins. Cependant de nombreux détails ont un peu gâché notre sejour : - Sur la réservation il est écrit 1 trajet tuktuk vers le centre ville offert par jour. Le manager nous dit que ce n'est plus disponible. Or on a choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ça - Les serviettes de bain et peignoires ne paraissaient pas propres avec des taches marrons - Des problèmes d'électricité uniquement dans notre chambre pendant 2 jours nous empêchant de faire fonctionner la climatisation, l'eau chaude de la douche ou de charger nos téléphones. Lors de notre départ nous avons demandé un geste commercial à l'employée de la réception qui s'est excusée à de nombreuses reprises bien que cela n'était pas de sa faute. Elle a appelé le manager au téléphone pour savoir ce qui était possible de faire. Ils nous ont proposé une réduction de 30% sur notre location de velo 14€ pour 2 donc 4€ de geste commercial. Nous avons insisté pour ne pas avoir à payer les vélos et avoir un trajet gratuit pour l'aéroport. L'employée a appelé à plusieurs reprises le manager au téléphone et je lui ai précisé que je pouvais lui parler directement au téléphone mais il a refusé comme par hasard. Il nous a semblé de mauvaise fois et pas du tout dans une démarche de satisfaction client contrairement à ses employés toujours aux petits soins. Il nous semble pas normal de ne pas avoir les prestations payées.

Très bel aménagement extérieur: jardins, piscine, restaurant...les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées. Petit patio privé avec deux chaises et une table, idéal pour l'apéro. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois et attentionné. L'hôtel est situé à l'extérieur du centre mais des tuk tuk sont mis à la disposition des clients (un aller-retour en ville gratuit par jour, 3$ pour les suivants). Un transfert aéroport gratuit, l'autre à 5$. Petit-déjeuner très correct.

I would surely come back
The hotel was excellent and great value for money. The staff were really friendly and really tried their best to provide high quality service. During our first and last day, there was a heavy downpour; even so, they delivered on their promise to provide a tuktuk service to and from the airport. The rooms were also very nice and big for a boutique hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom very spacious, with a separate shower and bath tub. They also had a very beautiful garden, which surrounds the pool area. It definitely felt like home. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay in Siem Reap so memorable.

Nous avons passe 4 nuits dans cet hotel. La chambre etait tres spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est plus que sympa. Le staff est acceuillant et aux petits soins. L equipe nous a depose dans le centre ville et est venue nous chercher en tuk tuk tous les jours. Sejour formidable. Allez y les yeux fermes.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel est agréable. Compte tenu qu'il est un peu éloigné du centre je trouve que le système de tuk tuk de l'hôtel devrait être offert dans le prix.

Petit hôtel très accueillant, bon rapport QLT/PRX
L'hôtel est situé à environ 20 à 30 minutes de l'aéroport, 15 minutes de la ville et 20 minutes de l'entrée du site du parc archéologique. Il n'est pas complétement dans la campagne mais est loin du centre ville. Heureusement, le service de Tuk-tuk est excellent. Ces derniers sont gratuits pour aller à l'aéroport et en ville, aller comme retour. Pour aller sur le site d'Angkor, l'hôtel vous proposera un tour payant en tuk-tuk ou en voiture sur une demi journée ou une journée complète. Les tarifs sont très raisonnables, et étant donnés les distances entre certains temples, c'est une bonne solution. L'hôtel est petit mais charmant (allées, piscines, restaurant, accueil), par contre les chambres manquent de styles. Elles sont grandes mais un peu vides et froides. Elles restent très confortable, mais certains petits détails manquent (pas de fauteuil/sofa/table basse, peu de décorations, pas de pommeau de douche portable, du PQ dans la boite à mouchoir...) Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais pas de buffet. Il faut choisir sur un menu assez restreint parmi un petit déjeuner continental, asiatique ou américain. La piscine n'est pas grande mais très agréable. Le service de spa est correct mais n'a rien d'extraordinaire. On a eu 50% sur les prix du spa, sinon c'est cher pour ce que s'est. Considérer alors un massage en ville. A noter que nous étions très content de pouvoir garder notre chambre après l'heure normal de checkout (12h) jusqu'à notre départ pour l'aéroport (15h30)

Petit bijou de charme local
L hotel est à la fois petit, moderne mais pas trop, à l'écart de la ville sans être isolé et tout à fait dans la style cambodgien, donc plein de charme et de caractère. Le service est très agréable, la propreté sans conteste, les lieu sont arrangés avec simplicité mais bcq de goût. La piscine est très jolie, et agréable. Cet un hotel ideal pour couples, petites familles, ou meme seul. A recommander pour ceux qui veulent un endroit de petite taille, un peu intimiste, qui recherchent le confort sans l'aspect uniformisé des grands hotels.

Tranquilité. Personnel très attentif à nos demandes et il s'occupe même du transport sans frais au centre ville (Quelques minutes). Beau jardin avec piscine qui est très appréciée après une journée de visite. Les déjeuners sont délicieux ainsi que la bouffe en général.

The hotel does indeed feel like an oasis! A quiet calm place with the rooms surrounding the pool with green plants all around! The staff were very attentive and helpful, even supplying us a breakfast to take with us when we left early to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat.

The Oasis Harbour Hotel was a little boutique hotel in a very quiet nice area. It’s across from a school and gym so it’s very quiet at night and during the day as well. The room was so large, comfy bed and pillows, and the bathroom amazing - lots of hot water immediately . We were in 7 different areas of Southeast Asia and this was the nicest place we stayed … value for money this place is fantastic. Treat yourself to a marveious room. Restaurant onsite was decent.

Safe and quaint property. It felt like we were staying in a garden. Staff was polite at all times and the morning breakfast was a welcome treat included with our stay. Bathroom updates needed - the sink doesn't drain and there's no hot water for the bathtub. Cleaning of toilet bowl and shower walls needed. The description for this property says free airport shuttle and this is not accurate. I tipped the tuk-tuk driver who was sent to collect us at the airport. But later, he "attacked" me verbally by text message for not giving him extra jobs during my stay in town. He said he spent his money on gas, and his time to collect us at the airport, and expected to be paid double to take us back. The fare was cheap, however, we preferred to use an independent tuk tuk from the Grab App to avoid the aggression. It left a bad feeling about this first visit to Siem Reap.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and was not disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean. Our air conditioner was broken and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that night which meant a very hot room to sleep in, however as soon as a room became available the next day the hotel staff happily switched us to a new room. The pool and restaurant were both great and well used by us. The location made walking to points of interest around the city easy and accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, but outside city center and activities
Hotel was located about 1,2 km from the city center. A little bit RF from everything. Nice swimming pool. Room was otherwise OK, but he toilet seat was absolute disaster and disgusting. It needs to be changed. They tried to charge me from the room which I had prepaid and also pool services what I paid cash. Breakfast was average, served to your table. Not so many choices.Very slow service. Coffee was not good. Otherwise staff was friendly. Early breakfast box was disappointing. Only sandwich and 2 mini bananas. Nothing to drink.

Lovely stay generally although waiting staff didn’t always understand what we wanted. Breakfast could perhaps be better as a buffet? Bit of confusion about who had to pay for return transfer to airport (free return transfers were included in our booking)

Wounderful stay at Oasis Harbor Siem Reap Cambodia
We had wonderful experience of staying at Oasis Harbor. Residance Magement and other staff members were super nice, always ready to help. Place was clean and they served hot breakfast and tropical fruits. I will highly recommend to stay there.

Todo muy bien, el cuarto espacioso, el personal muy amable y listo para ayudarte en lo que necesites, incluso el ultimo dia, ya habiendo hecho el check out, nos dejaron ducharnos al volver de las ruinas. No se encuentra cerca al pub street, pero te ofrecen gratis un tuk tuk que te lleva y te recoge cuando quieras. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue la limpieza del water, que dejaba mucho que desear, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo bien.

Bed was very hard. A little isolated although the property did provide a tun tun to town and back. Trouble with the TV reception. The staff worked hard to correct it but finally moved us to another room.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gutes Personal, schöne Zimmer und Gros. Der Pool ist auch gut, Frühstück ist sehr gut wen auch die ein Auswahl etwas klein, man bekommt aber Nachschlag sollte man das wünschen. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb, in der Umgebung habe ich nur eine laundry entdeckt. Dafür gibt es ein kostenloses tuk tuk vom Hotel, welches einen nicht nur in die Stadt fährt sondern auch zu anderen Orten die man ansteuert. Hin und zurück (man bekommt ein Handy mit).

広いユニットバスのような作りなので、トイレだけ利用したいときなど不便でした。それ以外は清潔さや広さ問題ないと思います。 従業員の対応の良さは完璧です。トゥクトゥクの手配やクリーニング、breakfastなど、しっかり対応してくれました。ただ、予約時に空港からホテルまでの送迎のメールをExpediaのアプリ及びホテルに直接リクエストしていましたがなぜか伝わっていませんでした。次回からは直接電話が必要と感じました。

Charming and quaint
My stay at The Moon turned out to be a very pleasant and I was pleased for the most part with deciding to stay here. I am a fairly seasoned traveler and found the service/staff was very friendly and ready to assist in any way to make your stay the best possible. The hotel was further away from the center as part of town than I preferred; however they do provide a tuk-tuk service free once a day to their customers along with a cell phone so that once you have finished in the marketplace they come and get you. Breakfast was delicious..however limited to two choices. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was very large and accommodating with a large bathroom—shower and full tub included. The bed was hard as a rock however and the one night while turning down the bed I found a huge stain on the one pillow. Good stay altogether.

friendly and helpful staff
Its location is too far from the town center but the hotel staff offered me complementary tuk-tuk services to visit there. No difficulty to communicate with the front desk member in English and he was very helpful when I asked for rearrangement of my car tour plan. The room is very clean and comfortable.
