I have stayed at many luxury hotels in different parts of the world but Park Hyatt Siem Reap was possibly the best. I can’t say enough good things about it. Everything about the place is first class, the height of elegance and luxury: the restaurant, the pools, the spa, the rooms. The best part though is the service. Every single member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly and they do everything they can to ensure you have an amazing experience. Special thanks to the outstanding manager, Kouru, who treated us like family from the moment we arrived. It was an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience and we hope to return to this fantastic hotel some day.
