De loin notre meilleur hôtel de tout notre périple asiatique. Le personnel est super gentil, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Outstanding elegantly designed boutique hotel. Service is beyond even world class 5-star hotels. You essentially have personal concierges. They were so helpful in booking a tennis court, reasonable transport, and making deals for massage. They even drove out to the airport after we left because my girlfriend had left a sweater in the lobby. You will have personal WhatsApp communication with these very well spoken English helpers. Tremendous value in booking

Excellent property. Convenient to Pub Street. Staff went above & beyond to ensure my stay was good. Just a side note, staff enter the room in the evening to tidy up, leave you a story, & a snack. Ensure your stuff is locked up at all times while out of the room.

Fantastic stay!
Amazing hotel that we cannot recommend enough to anyone staying in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout the entire stay. They gave us excellent recommendations and helped us to organise all of our travel to the temples and to Tonlé Sap. The room was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We are vegetarian and they catered well for us. We also enjoyed the traditional dance performance that they put on for guests. Better service than in even the most expensive hotels we have stayed in.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They have a genuine desire to please the guest. The dining was fantastic - wide variety to choose from. Also the traditional dance dinner show was educational, entertaining, and added a historic touch to the experience of staying in Cambodia. Hotel tour guides were great too! I had a memorable time.

素晴らしいホテルです。空港の無料送迎サービスがあり、ホテルではウェルカムドリンクとフードを提供してくれます。パブストリート、コンビニも徒歩圏内で立地も最高です。なによりスタッフの方たちの対応が素晴らしいです。終始丁寧に対応していただき嬉しかったです。また来る時もこちらに泊まりたいと思います。

家族で５泊しました。ホテル従業員の方々のホスピタリティは素晴らしく、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。送迎サービス、無料ランチ、チェックアウト後のシャワー場所の提供なども利用させていただきましまた(予約方法、ランク等などで違う可能性あり) パブストリート、コンビニも徒歩3分前後で飲食に困ることはありません。 シェムリアップに旅行する際は、次回も滞在したいと思います。

デラックス スイート バルコニー シティビューに泊まりました。 良かった点 ・バルコニーでタバコが吸える ・テレビがYouTubeなどのアプリに対応していた ・パブストリートまで徒歩圏内 ・近くに24時間営業のスーパーがある ・従業員がとても親切 悪かった点 ・バルコニーにある小さい机が雨で腐ってた（3本足の1本が完全に腐って取れかけてた） ・バルコニーの椅子に座ると染み込んだ雨でお尻が濡れる（座面がスポンジ？ビニール必須） ・バルコニーの屋根が中途半端なので、雨が降るとバルコニー全体を使えない ・テレビとソファの位置がイマイチで、ずっとベットの上で生活してた ・プールで日焼けをしたかったが、建物の構造的に直射日光が当たり辛く、がっつり日焼け出来なかった ・照明が暗い、照明が少ない（東南アジアは大体こんなもん） ・湯船がない（シャワーのみ） 総評 ホテル滞在がメインの人は、細かいところでストレスを感じると思いますが、従業員がとても親切で買い物や飲食には最高の立地だと思います。近くにあるレストラン（Khmer Taste）のカンボジアカレーが美味しかった、お勧めです。 観光地はほぼまわってるので、今回はホテル滞在メインで伺いましたが、やはりバルコニーの椅子と机が残念。雨季に来たので仕方ない面もあると思いますが、もうちょっと点検と整備をしっかりして欲しいです。なんならバルコニーでゆっくり過ごすために行ったようなもんなので。あとは照明が少なくて部屋全体が明るくならない事ですかね。目が良くないのでストレス溜まりました。

Amazing service in a beautiful boutique hotel
This hotel was close to everything (Angkor Wat, old market, night market, Pub Street, etc). Although the hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient, the absolutely best part of this stay was the genuinely overwhelming customer service. There was no effort spared on the part of the staff to let us know how welcomed we were and how much our business was appreciated. From the cold towels upon our arrival to the delicious food prepared in the restaurant (the best Loc Lac anywhere), the staff at this hotel were the kindest, most sincere, and most humble I have encountered in more than 30 years of international travel. If you go to SE Asia, do not miss Cambodia. And if you go to Cambodia, you simply must visit Siem Reap...and if you go to Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and stay at the Golden Temple Residence.

This was the last minute booking as we arrived into Siem Reap. We were treated the moment we came in by a very professional and pleasant gentleman named Youth. He stayed with us through the entire check in and then helped bring all of our bags up to our room. He then showed us every little nuance in our room. And the staff at the front counter for all very pleasant and we're there for every need. Also absolutely love the restaurant. The crew was great starting with KH , Mako, Keiss , Rin, and Roza. I thought the food and the service were excellent. I highly highly recommend this place. And probably the best part of it was the friendliness of the staff. This set the tone for our stay in Siem Reap. Thank you
