Très bon rapport qualité prix
Second voyage à Siem Reap : un peu plus éloigné de pub street, mais aucun véritable inconvénient, les alentours sont parfaites (visites, supérettes, restos, bars, etc.). L équipe est plus qu aux petits soins et fait tout pour vous simplifier la vie. Petit dej à la carte. Chambre super confortable.

Petit Hotel Très bien situé, proche de nombreux bars, restaurants de tout type et boutiques (nightmarket et Pub street). Séjour très agréable avec un personnel très attentionné.

Hôtel accueillant
Personnel au petits soins. Possibilité d'organiser les visites des temples via l'hôtel. Les tarifs sont un peu plus cher que si vous prenez un tuk tuk dans la rue mais reste acceptable. Comptez pour une journée dans les temples dans le grand tour d'Angkor wat 18$ la journée. (25$ si vous voulez aller voir le levé du soleil ) 35$ pour aller voir les temples plus excentrés. 7$ pour aller voir un couché du soleil et revenir. 5$ pour vous emmener a l'aéroport. En général les tuktuk de l'hôtel vous propose des bouteilles d'eau fraiches (ce qui ne se refuse pas vu la température dans le coin :) ). Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privée. Elle était propre et très agréable. La chambre est confortable et le ménage est fait jusqu'à 2 fois pas jour. Le old market et pub street sont accessible a pied (5min a pied). L'hôtel propose un restaurant chic mais forcément plus cher qu'a l'extérieur mais acceptable (7$ le plat). Les cocktails de l'hôtel restent quand même meilleures que ceux de l'extérieur. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

宿泊した日が近隣でお祭りがあり、騒音がうるさいなんてもんじゃないぐらいうるさくてほとんど眠れなかった。これはホテルの責任ではないですが、すぐ隣でライブイベントをしていたのでうるさいことはわかっていたはず。翌日朝早くからツアーへ行く予定だったのでこんなに騒音がひどくなるなら事前に連絡してくれたら泊まらなかったです。料金を半額にして欲しいほどでした。 2日目はイベントも終わり静かでゆっくり過ごせてとてもよかった。朝食は本当に美味しかったし、ホテルのスタッフのサービスも良かったです。 部屋は一見綺麗に見えるけれど、カーテンの裏に虫がびっちりついていて隅々まで掃除が行き届いていないと思いました。

A gem of a hotel in Siem Reap
The Apsara was a brilliant place to stay during our trip to Siem Reap, and we are glad to have found and booked it. The hotel is well situated by the centre of the city but still sits a couple of minutes away from some of the hotspots. This gave us the excuse to walk along the river and take photos from the beautiful bridges. While the hotel is away from Pub Street, there is a nearby bar that can be loud in the evenings. Earplugs are recommended! For those visiting the Angkor area, tuk tuks and Grab vehicles are easy to find or ask the hotel team to book for you. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a sofa in the room too. The balcony only had one chair, which was a bit of a shame, but we managed to get a second one from reception. The staff at the Apsara are a real credit to the place. They were friendly, helpful and focused on providing the best service. They always had a smile on their face and it was a pleasure to have them around the place. Being met with a smile every time we came back in was a real treat. Overall, a perfectly placed hotel which was the best base for a week in this hidden gem.

スタッフのサービスがすごく良かったです。 アンコールワット観光が早く終わって、チェックアウト後にも関わらず、飛行機の時間まで入室させてくれました。 場所も中心地から10分歩かないくらいの距離で、近すぎると夜中まで騒がしい街なので静かに眠れました。 部屋も綺麗ですし、施設は4階だったのでエレベーターがないのは辛かったですが、最低限は整っていました。 ぜひおすすめできるホテルです。

I highly recommend Apsara hotel. It’s clean, with all amenities and perks. The stuff is very polite and available whenever you might need them. Even if you check out and your flight is late at night you can still use hotel amenities which is great!

スタッフの方がみんなとても親切な丁寧な対応で、女性1人でしたが安心しました。ドライバーの方もとても親切で、SIMcard売り場や博物館のチケット売り場など、必要なところにきちんと案内してくれました。 部屋もとても広くて生活感があり、毎日清掃してくれるのでとても快適に過ごせました。 テレビでなぜかyoutubeが見られなかったのが残念でした。市内へのアクセスもしやすく、頼めばドライバーさんがtuktukで連れて行ってくれるのでよかったです。

Excellent location. A 5 minute walk to the market/pub street. The property was quiet and relaxing despite the proximity to the busy market/pub area. Many high quality restaurants in the area. Staff were courteous and helped with booking a sunrise tour of Ankor Wat.

Zentral gelegen - sehr modern und sauber
Ich war wie alle Touristen in Siem Reap wegen Ankor Wat und den schwimmenden Dörfern. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber, es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles war so wie auf den Bildern auf den Portalen. Die Pub Street ist in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Sehr günstiger und schneller Wäscheservice (2 Dollar pro kg). Frühstück a la carte (kein Buffet), sehr ruhiges Hotel da wenig Gäste. Die Klimaanlage war leider alt, Gebläse nachts zu stark, lies sich nicht gut runterregulieren. Wasser in der Dusche nicht immer warm - für mich o.k.. Leider war auch in der Straße ein Müllberg - aber das ist ein allgemeines Problem in Kambodscha.

Good stop over
Only stayed for one night, just to connect with a flight. Hotel is in a good location, quiet area, but easy walking distance into the heart of Siem Reap. Nice room, an unexpected upgrade was appreciated. All staff met were charming. Only one minor negative, the complimentary airport transfer (hotel to airport in our case) was not a car, it was a ramouke/ large tuk-tuk, so instead of 10-15 mins to the airport, it took 35-40 mins. Would stay at the hotel again!

Wonderful place! By far the nicest and most spa like stay we’ve had in this country. The service was excellent. The location was close to pub street but far enough away that it was quiet in the evening. We would definitely recommend staying here

I wish we could have stayed longer!!
This hotel was definitely one of my favorites!! The staff were so hospitable and ensured we had an amazing time! They were also extremely helpful in finding us the only place for PCR testing for our trip to our next destination. I can't say good enough things about how central the location was, overall friendliness of the staff, and how clean our rooms felt!

Friendly staff, clean and attractive rooms but needs railings on entrance stairways and pool. Dining room and bar was not open for lunch and dinner. Good inexpensive breakfast. 5 minute walk to town and Pub St.

Couldn't imagine a better stay
I have now stayed at Apsara Residence two separate times and loved my experience on both occasions. The rooms are well appointed- great showers, comfortable bed, and a great balcony. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to accommodate requests and offer helpful information. The pool was a great plus after a hot day out at the temples :). It's well located, away from the noise of downtown, but with easy walking < 10-minute access to the nightlife and great cafes. 100% will stay here again when I return to Siem Reap.

Hotel is clean and quiet but best part of our stay was the customer service. Every single staff we encountered treated us so well, from front seat to kitchen, to housing and security. Every time we returned from an outing they greeted us with icy old towels at the door. They are always asking us if we need anything. It is also very close to Pub Street. There is no elevator so anyone with mobility issues should definitely make sure to get a ground level room. Will definitely come back here again.

Nice quiet hotel. Room was spacious with all the usual facilities, A/C was good. Friendly and very helpful staff. In easy walking distance of markets, eateries and the famous PUB STREET. Free pick-up from airport when booked in advance. The hotel arranged all our excursions and we used the same TukTuk driver who was very good and helpful. Great 3 day trip.
