Bon hôtel en général
L’hôtel est très grand avec de nombreuses piscines et restaurants. La propreté des chambres est bonne et le service l’a été tout autant. L’hôtel est totalement all inclusive : la nourriture est correcte pour ce type d’établissement bien que répétitive. La plage est sympa avec de très beaux récifs ! N’oubliez pas votre masque de snorkeling ! Des animations sont prévues tous les soirs et vous n’êtes pas loin de Naama Bay en voiture même si il faut compter 20€ l’aller retour à chaque fois… attention en fonction de l’emplacement de votre chambre vous aurez besoin d’attendre un mini bus qui tourne dans l’hôtel pour vous rendre aux restaurants ou à la réception ce qui rallonge les temps de parcours.

Magnifique hôtel, bien situé et bien entretenu. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du club de plongée est très sympathique, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. Le buffet du restaurant principal est moyen, mais 4 autres restaurants, à réserver, proposent des alternatives plus intéressantes.

Siamo stati bene, il cibo molto buono anche se ripetitivo ,ma veramente buono complimenti allo chef.Per i miei gusti l’albergo è un po’ dispersivo noi non abbiamo capito fino alla fine dove vengono svolte le attività di intrattenimento.😀Pulizia ottima dappertutto,spiaggia ,anche se di facile accesso visto i 4 ascensori perfettamente funzionanti,non sempre usufruibile per la mancanza di lettini.Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il check-in,abbastanza lungo e senza un drink di benvenuto pero c’è da dire che erano indaffarati con una marea di ospiti in partenza o in arrivo.In conclusione un ottimo albergo molto grande con una bellissima bariera corallina e una piscina a sfioro stupenda.🙂

As always Reef Oasis Blue Bay does not disappoint. From check in to check out the experience is nothing short of great. Having been to the hotel 4 times over the past 2 years, it is great to see the same staff, still smiling and still delivering great service. A simple good morning, welcome back from Hassan on the beach makes you feel instantly at home and to see the General Manager actively walking the resort and talking to guests makes you realise that the focus on quality and service comes from the top. Looking forward to coming back and diving with the Dive Team at Reef Oasis Dive Club and then relaxing at the resort. Great resort, great service, fantastic people

For the price range, prob as good as it gets in this area. Dive shop in site in excellent. Choice of food is good and the al a carte options excellent. Some staff can be a little pushy , looking for tips, most are good. Pools are clean and mostly quiet.

Exceptional hotel resort
We had previously stayed here eight years ago and enjoyed the hotel and facilities and were hoping when we booked again it would be still be ok. Well we are very pleased to report that’s it’s even better. We have just returned after spending eighteen days in this wonderful resort. The weather was fabulous, which always helps, but it is the exceptional staff who make the experience so rewarding. Everyone is super helpful and very professional and they go about their work with cheerfulness. Special thanks to the staff at the Relax Pool Bar and the Pool guys. Plus, to Amy and Emma at Guest Relations. The quality of the food was outstanding and the artistry of the puddings/desserts was magnificent. We would love to return for another holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends of ages.

Amazing family holiday
We had a wonderful week of extended family holidays at Reef Oasis Blue Bay resort. Everything was excellent, starting from the friendly and super-helpful staff at the front desk, beautiful resort, several pools with gorgeous views, especially the infinity pool, amazing private beach with the beautiful reef and perfect for snorkelling, spacious and comfortable family rooms, great amenities, super-clean, and the last but not least, the generous service of the resort team in each and every aspect. Our son suffers from gluten intolerance and he was perfectly served with his own meal cooked especially for him every time and day. As we were there in a large group with the extended family, there were plenty of various activities within the resort suitable for all the ages. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

Beautiful Property, I highly recommend it, my only issue was about front desk not focused enough to find my Expedia booking, that Hotel is full, they need the room, this has put stress on me, I am there to relax, not to be stressed out by employees that don’t focus and do their job correctly. Overall I love the Hotel and staff I will be back.

Service doesn’t deserve expensive room charge unfortunately. I found no provision below ・tooth brash, ・slipper, ・refrigerator does not get cold, ・Room is not cleaned thoroughly English of the restaurants staff are very rude and rough. Due to our flight was midnight arrival, I informed the hotel in advance, by email and telephone many times, However, when we arrived the hotel actually, they pretended not to know my advance notice. This is the first time for me such a terrible service for customers. I hope improvement immediately.

Otel genel olarak başarılı. Temizlik konusunda hiç bir sıkıntı yok, odalar her gün düzenli temizleniyor, genel mekanlar da ise zaten neredeyse 24 saat temizlik var. Genel alanlardaki ( yemek salonları, havuz, plaj ) tuvaletleri 1 kez bile kirli görmedim. Yemek kalitesi ve çeşitliliği fazlasıyla iyi. Sadece ana restoran da içecek servisinde çok gecikme yaşanabiliyor yoğun saatlerde. Personel gayet güler yüzlü ve size yardımcı olabilmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Otel büyük olmasına rağmen sürekli dolaşan otel içi shuttle sayesinde hiç yorulmadan ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Deniz için zaten denilebilecek tek şey mükemmel. Otel müdürü Mehmet Bey, Master Chef Sedat Bey sürekli misafirlerle bir aradalar ve bir sıkıntı yaşamamanız için her yeri kontrol ediyorlar. Dalış konusunda korkunuz varsa hiç endişelenmeyin ve Dive Club müdürü Karim Bey ve dalış hocalarına güvenin yeter. Benim gibi dalış korkusu olan birinin bile sudan çıkmak istemeyecek kadar zevk alarak dalmasını sağladılar. Otelin çarşı kısmında neredeyse tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz dükkanlar ile doktor ve eczane mevcut. İlk gittiğimiz gece bizi kapıda karşılayıp odalarımız hazır olana kadar bizimle sürekli ilgilenen gece müdürü İlam Bey'e ve personeline ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Otel müdürü Sn. Mehmet Bey ve Master Chef Sn. Sedat Bey 'e bizleri kendi evimizde ailelerinden biri gibi hissettirdikleri için sonsuz teşekkürlerimizi ve şükranlarımızı sunuyoruz. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşebilmeyi umut ediyoruz.

Cibo molto buono, si trova sempre qualcosa di proprio gusto. La spiaggia è grande e ci sono molti ombrelloni e lettini, il bagno a riva è molto limitato, qualche caletta adatta ai bambini. In compenso il reef davanti al resort è stupendo e vi si accede da un comodo pontile. Vacanza bellissima, speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Otelde tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve çok ilgili. Otelin müdürü ve aşçısı Türk. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Otel resif oteli denizi mükemmel dalış klübü var otelin geneli fotoğraflarda görünenden çok daha güzel genel hizmet çok iyi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. I stayed for a week all inclusive in May 2023. Hotel is lovely & rooms are spacious and clean. Mine was cleaned daily. There is a walk to the main reception, where the restaurants are & pools & beach, but they have a bus service for those who cant walk far. There is an infinity pool near the reception which is short walk to the beach which is less for swimming more snorkeling & diving. There are a few a la carte restaurants & i was given 2 vouchers to try them free. I heard they were good but i didnt end up trying them. The main restaurant where you have you buffet meals was very nice. There was another one closer to the beach too. Food is pretty much the same everyday but if you try different things daily there's enough choice. Also plenty of drinks around the various hotel bars. The local alcohol was pretty good & i had plenty of their cocktails. Loads of water bottles in your room too. I'd have liked few different fruits but otherwise can't complain too much. I'd recommend the hotel for its facilities, closeness to a private beach & having very friendly & helpful staff especially at the various bars. Gym was adequate. Spa was very nice & evening entertainment was good. They also had a market area with various shops if you forget to brung sonething ir want to buy a souvenir. Pharmacy also which is handy. Id recommend anti bite spray especially in the evenings.

The resort value (IMHO) is above the average ( ) staff is generally supportive and available ( ) garden is spotless: you always find someone working to maintain impeccable the infrastructure. ( /-) My room was quiet enough, with an easy "footable" access to any resort areas; beds were average, with 2 pillows option (i.e., medium and high), furniture a bit outdated, bathroom OK, air conditioning a bit noisy (but mandatory)... Cleaning service OK. ( /-) Restaurants are various and OK: the Bay Side/Sea Breeze serve a flat menu a bit repetitive; the others deserve a try (the Indian, mostly); breakfast is various enough, albeit the sweet offer has some room for improvements. ( ) Reef is awesome, and the main reason to be hereabout; the scuba service is a plus and guys there are nice. (-) Pay attention to the extra: anything not explicitly included is charged. (*) Note for travelers: mosquitos are an issue... be prepared.
