Thank you for your comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Shanghai South. We are delighted that in general you are satisfied with your stay in our hotel and especially our staff and hotel cleanliness.We are sorry our friendly staff did not explain more in details the reason regarding the amenities. Following the recently published government policy and Effective July 1st 2019, the government announced a new regulation. All hotels in Shanghai are no longer pro-actively providing single-use products such as toothbrushes, combs, shower loofahs, razors, nail files and shoe brushes. All these items can be delivered upon request.Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one.
