The most sensational hotel I’ve ever been to. Ambiance and location were incredible! Loved how close the hotel was to the beach. Everything was so easily accessible. Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable. Tillies was the best restaurant on the island. Had the best time! I will definitely be going back ❤️

Palm Heights is cool and chic, yet comfortable and understated. One of the highlights is the beach. From the vibey set up, white sands, and incredible service - it is a sanctuary! The staff is amazing and make you feel at home. Concierge makes everything a breeze and possible. The staff is from all over the world, so it was fun to get to know them. Be sure to get to know George, Sunshine, and Grazia on the beach. You’ll be in great hands. Timothy, Giuseppe, and Shailend are so kind and helpful at Tillie’s. The gym was also incredible. The classes offered are top-notch and the facilities are elite. We can’t thank Palm Heights enough for an amazing week in paradise!

We have been a frequent visitor to Grand Cayman. We have stayed at the Kipton Seafire but decided to give The Palm Heights a try, OMG so glad we did! What makes this place so Incredible? Upon our arrival we are escorted to a beautiful room to check in where they offer you a cold towel and a hand massage! Rooms are not available until 4pm but no worries they provided us with a place to change, and off we were to the beach and they called us when our room was ready. The service on the beach and throughout the resort is exceptional! A big shout out to Grace at Coconut Club, as well as All the servers, they make your time on the beach exceptionally enjoyable, but none of it would be possible without the exemplary leadership from Deborah who goes above and beyond to make your time at The Palm the most memorable time ever! Please make The Palm your hotel choice you will not be disappointed! Already planning our next trip here! Can’t wait!

Took a quick getaway with my wife, and Palm Heights was the highlight of the trip. The staff was fun, friendly, and very attentive. The suites, pools, and lounges had amazing aesthetics and everything we needed. Even the Palm Heights premade drinks in the minibar were really good. The beach was clean, not crowded, and offered plenty of activities whenever we wanted it. The restaurants were fantastic and always available when we wanted a snack. Overall, the hotel had the perfect vibe for the getaway we had hoped for.

We can’t tell you enough just how much we enjoyed our stay. At the end of our trips, we recount our favorite excursions, memories, meals, etc. Without hesitation, we both agreed that the best part of this trip was our stay at Palm Heights. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Everyone we met was so pleasant, helpful, and fun. The attention to detail was exceptional (especially the daily afternoon treats) and the vibes were just immaculate. We can’t wait to return!

We had an incredible experience at this charming and unique hotel. From the impeccable and friendly service of each and every employee we encountered to the availability of pool beds and beach chairs, free non-motorized water sports, cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious food at Paradise Pizza, Coconut Club, and especially Tillies, we really can't say enough. Fabulous stay. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful boutique hotel on picturesque 7-mile beach. While it is pricey, the service is awesome -- and I appreciated the property as we walked down 7-mile beach and saw other "upscale" properties with folks jammed closely together on the beach. Service is excellent and the pool and beach amenities were accessible in a way that there was plenty of room and not over-crowded. Liked the daily happy hour. Be aware that there are big "resort" fees that will be tacked on to your bill at the end. Felt a bit unnecessary given that the rates were pretty sky-high already. (Frankly the most we've ever paid for a similar type boutique hotel).

We stayed here for four nights and really loved the place. It had a bit of a White Lotus vibe which was fun and relaxing. The service was the best I have ever had in the Caribbean. They were all really excellent. The food onsite was very good, especially Tillies. The beach set up was typical but with good service. While there were kids there, I don't think I'd take smaller kids. Overall, a great experience and I'd recommend it to my friends.

Where do you begin when everything was PERFECT?! It’s very Miami soho house meets the Tropics. I’m an avid traveler and the beach it beyond! The artist residency really elevates the space bringing a creativity and soulfulness to the locale - just what you need to return to your daily life feeling inspired, well rested, relaxed and full of love. Highlights: DJ Pressure Point (created an awesome vibe , very talented and the sweetest person), Victor - beach service was amazing, Bambi aka the Mayor and Kamar who is currently a pianist in residence- his music is divine! Also the food is great across the property. No need to venture out if you don’t want to but the hotel does provide a list of recommended restaurants allowing you to further absorb the culture. Well done Palm Heights!

Amazing time. The service is wonderful and the staff is quite attentive, helpful and friendly. Absolutely love the sitting rooms and the decor as well! Will definitely be back!

Perfect oasis! I was skeptical with all the rave reviews, but honestly some of the best service and the rooms were stunning. Loved our entire stay.

Highly Recommended!
Palm Heights is a 10 minute cab ride from GCM airport at a great spot on 7 mile beach. The hotel employees are all very professional Over the course of our stay they went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing time.
