Magnifique
Superbe semaine dans la région, maison idéale avec toute les commodités. Alexandre est une personne super sympa et accueillante,qui prévoit le nécessaire de courses pour commencer le séjour et découvrir les produits portugais. Il nous a conseillé des sites à visiter, des produits à goûter. Vraiment séjour parfait.

Merci pour le commentaire, je suis désolé pour l'extérieur mais comme je l'ai expliqué j'ai été opéré et je n'ai pu faire aucun effort. Le terrain a 12000m2 et c'était impossible à cause de mon état de santé. Malgré cela, j'ai quitté les abords de la maison très confortablement dans un espace de 2000m2. En tout cas, merci pour votre séjour et j'espère que la prochaine fois vous trouverez ce que vous cherchez. C'est une ferme c'est dur d'être comme une maison avec peu de terrain,

Un bel endroit à ne pas manquer.
Un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui a été toujours présent lorsque nous avions besoin d’aide. Un très grand et très beau jardin, une maison charmante immaculée avec tout le confort, équipement de la cuisine ifantastique. Nous avons passé un séjour avec un bébé de 4 mois et 2 chiens sans aucun stress. Bravo et merci Alexandre.

Maison très agréable immense jardin avec arbres fruitiers, Balançoires et la petite piscine, bien utile pour les chaudes journées. Parfait pour les enfants et les amateurs de nature et de calme. propriété très propre pour ce qui est de la maison, le linge de lit essuies etc. Une des 2 douches, porte défectueuse (dommage!), espaces extérieurs très grands mais piscine trop petite et peu exposée au soleil. Beaucoup de potentiel dans cette propriété mais besoin de quelques aménagements! Nous avons quand-même passé un agréable séjour et en ce qui concerne la tranquilité, rien à dire, top!

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, il ne manque rien que ce soit en équipement, ustensiles... Il est à 45 minutes de Lisbonne donc idéalement placé ! De plus, nous étions en avance pour notre arrivée et cela n'a posé aucun souci pour intégrer les lieux, Et quel accueil sympathique de la part d'Alexandre avec entre autre un frigidaire avec des provisions ce qui permet de gérer tranquillement la 1ere journée... Je recommande. Ps : nous n'avons ps eu le temps de nous servir du bassin

Madalena et son mari nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, ( nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que l 'heure d'accueil prévu et il n 'y a eu auçun problème). La maison est agréable, décoration soignée, cuisine très pratique (belle vaiselle, pleins d'accessoires pour cuisiner). Le jardin est très grand, il y a même des coins d ombres. Nous avons une petite fille de 2 ans et demie qui etait parfaitement autonome car tout était sécurisé et sans difficultées. Nous avons vraiment passés une excellente semaine de vacances, nous recommandons vivement cette superbe maison !

Alexandre is the perfect host. The property is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Very small (3x3 m) but clean swimming pool. Huge garden and lots of privacy. The whole property could use an update being a bit worn out. Very close to a very busy road, traffic noise! Beautiful area close to wonderful beaches and charming Setúbal.

Thank you Hans, I really enjoyed having you and you left the house perfect. I regret that you heard some noise from cars passing by on the road, although the road is quite far from the house. This year I had to make a big cut in the hedges around the property that act as a sound barrier. There were a lot of dry branches. For safety reasons I had to make a big cut, it's going to be a very dry year and I'm afraid of fires and the safety of those who stay in the house is my priority. would not sleep rested with those dry branches. For the year this problem will be much attenuated and the green hedge and the natural sound barrier will do the job. Thanks again and I wish you all the best for you two

We stayed at this property from March 29 to April 3rd. It was a lovely little bungalow on the outkirts of town. Property was very pretty and contained its own rows of orange trees which we wete able to get up every morning and pick Oranges and make fresh orange juice Alexandre was a supper host who was willing to go out of his way to help in any way he could from helping rent a car to sending recommendations on where to eat and places to visit.

Peaceful country house for the dogs
Alexandre is a great host - supplying extra provisions and every item needed for a turnkey stay. Lots of room to roam on the property, enough space for dogs to run. The house is clean and spacious with every amenity. It is served by a septic tank which means no TP and it takes a day or two for the house to heat. (Bedrooms are warm right away) The TV has many channels and the Wi-Fi works well. Grocery is nearby as well as ocean and a wonderful winery. Unlimited oranges for all the juice you can drink. Great area to visit.

schönes Haus auf einen großen Grundstück mit verschiedenen Obstbäumen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber man ist wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vernieter. Wochentags hört man tagsüber die Straße etwas aber nicht sehr laut. Der einzige kleine Haken sind die Hühner vom Nachbarn, der Hahn fängt sehr früh an zu Krähen, vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Für Motorradfahrer top! eine wundervolle Hausstrecke auf einen tollen Berg beginnt 500m vor dem Haus🙂

Loved our stay in this gorgeous property. It has everything you need to feel at home while you are traveling. My kids loved the bathing pool which was perfect for the steamy August weather. Very much appreciated the fully stocked kitchen plus the courtesy basic provisions (bread, cheese, butter, wine and beer!). The location is super convenient for getting into Setubal, Arrabida beaches, and Azeitao... plus 40ish minutes into Lisbon (took us 40 to get to airport on a Sunday with no traffic). Contienente supermarket nearby is great for quick provisions and cheap breakfast. Wish there was a close cafe right nearby but easy to drive to one if you need. Very reasonable price for the space you get. Thank you Alexandre!

Magical stay in Paradise!
We were welcomed by the intoxicating scent of orange blossoms and we were delighted by the huge wisteria pergola. The surrounding meadows were full of poppies and wildflowers. The house and the outdoors flowered together and we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast outside. Our days were filled with visiting the beaches, neighboring vineyard, Casa Pamela and the nearby towns. Alexandre was a thoughtful and kind host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place and excellent host.
The house is very comfortable and the large garden with the small swimming -pool is great. Alexandre gave us a very warm welcome with fresh cheese and bread and a nice wine. We went to see the dolphins from Setubal, enjoyed the beach and spent a day at Lisbon. We also visited the small tile (azulejos) shop and workplace in Azeitao. The place is very peaceful in a green surroundings, yet there are enough things to do and places to visit nearby. We certainly recommend! Johanna and family, Netherlands.

Os dois adultos, as duas crianças e a cadela adoraram a estadia! A localização é ótima, zona sossegada, perto das praias e com tudo o que é necessário a poucos minutos de distância. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela senhor Alexandre e adorámos as surpresas que nos deixou. O espaço é magnifico, desde a piscina, que fez as delicias de crianças e adultos, aos baloiços e todo o espaço envolvente. A casa tem tudo o que é preciso, limpa e é bastante agradável. Es ist ein wunderschönes Grundstück. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Dusche war kaputt. Das Doppelbett war für mich nicht ideal, allerdings für meine Frau super. Der Hahn von den Nachbarn weckte uns am ersten Tag um 3.30 Uhr. Vormittags hörte man den Verkehr der Straße. Die Sofas waren echt schmutzig. Sonst war alles sauber. Was unangenehm war, man musste sein Klopapier in den Mülleimer werfen und nicht ins Klo. Fazit: Rundum ein schöner Ort. In der Nähe gibt es Strände die man aber vor 8.30 Uhr erreichen muss, wenn man direkt davor Parken will. Ansonsten mit dem Bus eine Station fahren.

De woning is geïsoleerd gelegen. Er zijn wel buren maar die zie je niet, je hoort hooguit de haan of de ganzen. Via een wat hobbelig weggetje bereik je door een eigen toegangspoort de oprit van een samenbouw van 2 piepkleine huisjes. Verder staan er op het perceel diverse gebouwtjes waarvan niet altijd de functie duidelijk wordt. Het lijkt op vergane glorie van een fruitbomen kwekerij. Dat heeft ook gelijk zijn charme, je maakt meer kennis met het echte leven van de ‘normale’ Portugees. Voor wie zich meer thuisvoelt op een luxe vakantieresort is dit geen goede keus. De samengestelde woning beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met een overcomplete zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Het meubelair is gedateerd maar dit draagt bij aan de sfeer. Internet is zoals wij in NL gewend zijn, gewoon goed. Het huis bezit 2 badkamers met elk een toilet en doucheruimte. De linker doucheruimte was onbruikbaar door een defect aan de douchedeur. Gebruikt toiletpapier mag niet worden weggespoeld vanwege de beperkte rioleringscapaciteit. Even wennen maar verder geen probleem. Warmwatervoorziening via een boiler. Prima maar met 4 personen achter elkaar aan betekend koud water voor de laatste 2. Het terras is redelijk tot goed onderhouden. Een paar plavuizen zijn gebroken of zijn deels losgeraakt. Wederom hier ook voorzieningen te over, 2 bbq’s, droogrek, 2 ligstoelen een zitje met bank en stoelen. Onder het afdak bevindt zich een vaste betegelde bank met dito tafel. Het zwembadje is ideaal om af te koelen. Wel schoon en verder prima maar ook hier sporen van een vroeger bestaan en functie. Landschappelijke authenticiteit en beslist geen resorteigenschappen. Los van een groen en beter onderhouden grasveldje oogt de rest van het perceel duidelijk minder onderhouden. Her en der staan voertuigen, machines en ook bouwresten worden hier zorgvuldig bewaard. De directe omgeving oogt ietwat verwaarloost maar zo ziet het platteland in Portugal er grotendeels uit. De doorgaande weg N10 is te horen, maar niet hinderlijk. Bovendien brengt je deze weg vrij vlot in Setubal of Azeitoa. Stranden zijn prachtig. Het water aan de Setubal zijde is kalm maar helder. De westkust heeft betere golven en een serieuze branding. Bovendien zijn deze prachtige zandstranden minder druk. Samenvattend: Mooi-authentiek-privacy-rust

Si vas buscando tranquilidad pero sin renunciar a comodidades y espacio privado, este sitio debería estar en los primeros lugares de la lista. Cuando llegas, además, una pequeña sorpresa en la nevera Y despensa que te hace sentir como en casa. Dentro de la casa espacio amplio, cocina con buen equipamiento y menaje , wifi y Tv excelentes; nos sorprendió la calidad del equipo de música. La finca rural es preciosa. La encantadora piscina es una antigua alberca perfectamente acondicionada y refrescante. El contacto con Alexandre fue muy fluido, extremadamente amable y facilitador. I enjoyed my two week stay in this cute little and comfortable country home. I had two dogs and walked them in the small orange grove picking and eating oranges. Yet it also had a large TV with many channels in English yet was only 10 minutes from Setubal or Azeitao.

Wir danken Alexandre herzlich für ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer ebenfalls tollen Umgebung. Um im Herbst nochmals Sonne zu tanken bei angenehmen Temperaturen, ca. 24-26 Grad sehr zu empfehlen. Insbesondere die Lage ermöglicht tolle Ausflüge. Empfehlung ist ein Mietauto vom Flughafen Lissabon aus für die gesamte Urlaubszeit. Im und am Haus hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es war gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war zwar frisch, aber nach der ersten Überwindung eine kurze angenehme Abkühlung. Vor allem der gefüllte Kühlschrank für den ersten Abend war sehr nett von unseren Vermietern. Vielen lieben Dank hierfür. Uns hat das Land und die netten Leute hier vor Ort sehr überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße J. Zimmer

Very nice house
We had a lot of space in the beautiful house. Bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a large open kitchen with living area. The location is very good, it is very fast on beautiful beaches and to Lissbon it is also only 40 minutes. We have made very nice trips and enjoyed the quiet large garden. All about a nice holiday. Alexandre was very nice and helped us with questions, as well as valuable tips. He even bought beach towels, because we did not have one :-)

Great location for exploring Lisbon and the nearby beaches
We are a family of 5 (3 daughters aged 13/12/12). We spent 5 days of October half term at the farmhouse. We loved the property - plenty of space to relax, eat together, watch movies. The girls enjoyed exploring the garden and even braved the pool. The weather was mixed sun/rain but didn’t stop us from exploring: one day in Lisbon (45 mins drive away); other days to different beaches, including taking the ferry over to troia and driving down the peninsula. Lovely fish/seafood lunches in restaurants on beaches and in Lisbon. The property owners were extremely helpful, answering our questions in advance and waiting to welcome us late at the property on our Friday evening arrival. The house is well stocked for cooking utensils etc and the owners kindly left us some bread which we appreciated when we arrived. A good supermarket about 10 minutes drive away. We hope to visit again.

A very comfortable house in a wonderful rural location
The house is very comfortable, with a spacious living area going out onto the patio and into the extensive garden. We sat for long periods in the sunshine watching birds flitting through the trees and loved strolling round the property in the evening as the sun went down. The kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly want. The area is fascinating - from Setubal, an interesting busy port town with a superb market, to the Cabo Espichel. The Atlantic beaches are particularly beautiful. The Sabo Estuary is superb for bird-watching. Everyone was very friendly and the food in the area is delicious. There is great walking in the Arribida Natural Park, but we recommend doing some research in advance to find the routes - Adventurept has a good map.

La descrizione su Homelidays è completamente rispondente alla realtà. la casa offre un ampio salone zona giorno, due camere e due bagni. la cucina, con lavastoviglie, è ben dotata di pentole, bicchieri e stoviglie. abbiamo trovato il frigorifero fornito d'acqua, birra e una bottiglia di vino, oltre a marmellate, pane e yogurt. Alessandro ci ha accolti all'arrivo dandoci le informazioni utili al soggiorno. All'esterno, che offre due tavoli per pranzare ed un barbecue piccolo ma sufficiente, vi è un'ampio frutteto circondato da un muro di cinta. La macchina viene parcheggiata all'interno del recinto non essendovi problemi di spazio. La struttura si trova a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Setubal quindi ottimamente servita per ogni acquisto. Dista una trentina di minuti dal centro di Lisbona. Situata nel parco di Arrabida è una sistemazione ideale per visitare tutta la zona. eravamo due coppie e ci siamo trovati davvero bene sotto ogni aspetto!! Speriamo di tornarci!!

Mooi huis in een prachtig gebied. Met hele vriendelijke eigenaren
Het huis is een prachtig gemoderniseerde boerderij van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en zorgen voor een gevulde koelkast, diepvries en voorraad kast. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Er is een mooie sinasappelgaard bij. Het zwembad is niet groot maar heerlijk voor de hete dagen. Aan de overkant van de weg begint een natuurgebied dat eindigt aan de zee. Met fraaie strandjes. Sommige met zand en andere met stenen. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad daar.
